Getting engaged and planning a wedding is a wonderful experience but stressful as well. From looking for the right dress to what your guests are going to eat during the reception, every detail counts and there are so many details! As soon as the magical moment happened, I started doing research on venues and requesting information. From pricing to what was included to the perks included, none of them seemed to be us. Then we came across Lago Mar Country Club and decided we should check it out. We hadn’t heard of it before but from our initial call, we got a good feeling. Upon arrival, we met the sweetest, most bubbly and caring person we could’ve met… Debbie! She showed us around, showed us pictures, talked through packages and from day 1 always had our best interest in mind. When we left, I knew that was it and a week later we put down the deposit. I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am to Debbie and her staff who just are absolutely wonderful! They all worked so hard to make sure that everything was is in the right order and every detail perfect down to the bow on the chairs. Throughout the entire process, the Lago Mar Country Club staff had our best interest in mind to making our experience an unforgettable one. And that is was. I am grateful to have had the wedding at Lago Mar Country Club. Overall, the people, the venue, the scenery and the staff made the wedding of my dreams come true. All of our guests had a wonderful experience as well and it will be a night never forgotten. Lago Mar Country Club is definitely at the top of our list for all future events. Simply stated, Lago Mar Country Club (and definitely Debbie and Nivio), thank you for everything you did!

This was the location for several of our Companys Holiday Parties. I cant really speak to anything beyond the banquet food and service and accommodations, but for what it is worth it was all very good. The food is well above average for a place like this and the service was also above average. The decor is great and the place has an overall romantic old world feel to it. I would definitely recommend it for a gathering or event. As I have stated in other reviews, the reason that I did not give it 5 stars is two fold: First is that only the best of the best deserve five stars. The 2nd reason is that you cant give half stars or any other portion or fraction of a star. If that was an option I would of given this place something between 4.25 and 4.50 stars.

I have been a member of Lagomar country club for about 2 years. For me, it’s a great place to play golf, socialize with friends and organizing events. The golf course itself is very well maintained with stunning views. I recently attended my group member’s wedding reception at Lagomarcc. It was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable wedding receptions I have ever attended. Their staff did a fabulous job.

For a private club, its not even in good condition. Greens sandy, fairways patchy and full of weeds, rough around course is just clumps of a mixture of weeds and grass. Terrible conditions, especially after the redo of the course a few years ago when it was top notch!!! Someone needs to lose their job

Noel is tremendous asset and icon for club. Food is fantastic. All items on menu great we neglected to mention what a great job all gate greeters do. Never have either of us not been greeted in a professional way.

It was a fantastic week and I highly recommend choosing Lago Mar CC as your vacation or wedding venue. It was also relatively affordable than others. Great place to spend some quality time with your loved ones.
