My fiancé and I visited the farm on July 1st. We were greeted by 3 coordinators, including Danielle, who I had emailed to set up the walk through. We walked through the barn and garden house and instantly decided we liked the garden house. Danielle sat with us and went over all the prices, which matched up with what she emailed me prior to our visit. We were booking out to 2019, so we never sensed urgency to book from her, she informed us that there was only one wedding that was booked at that time and to let her know when we were ready. I then took the next few days to talk with my family, double check my calculations for budget and make a decision. I emailed Danielle back on July 7th at 4:30pm that we had made a decision and we were ready to book. The following day I received an email from her telling me that there will be a drastic increase in price because of improvements happening at the farm. My fiancé and I looked at the paperwork she had provided and it said we had 10 days to book from when we received the quote to honor the quoted price; we were still within those 10 days. My fiancé called Danielle and asked when she found out this news. She told him that she had found out the day before (7/7) around 3pm, an hour and half before I emailed her.... He asked what the new price was. Danielle informed him it was going to cost almost 4 times the cost we were originally quoted. I immediately broke down crying. I thought I had done everything right... How could this be happening? My fiancé proceeded to ask if there was anything they could do and could they make an exception. Danielle said if they made an exception for us they would have to make an exception for everyone. She also let my fiancé know this came as a surprise to them and was a last minute decision from the owner. My fiancé asked to speak to the owner. Danielle told my fiancé that he wasnt participating in these discussions. Danielle did not offer us an alternative... no other date, no other avenue to go down, nothing... We were figuratively kicked out the door. Im not one to typically post bad reviews because I get people have bad days or are just doing what they are told. BUT, to not provide any alternative when we did everything by the book is just astonishing to me. We are devastated. Luckily we have a lot of time. However, to have to now go back to the drawing board after months of trying to make a very tight budget work, its a huge blow. I thought I finally found a beautiful venue that I liked that could make work with my budget. I highly recommend going elsewhere because who knows what other unethical practices will occur here? Do you really want to risk your entire wedding on this?

EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME!!!! Almost 8 years ago two of my friends started dating. Throughout the years these two have become best friend of mine. Their wedding yesterday at the Lange Farm was the most beautiful wedding I have ever witnessed. By the way its not just me being biased because the other 150 people there agreed. :) From the views, to the open outdoor space, the barn reception hall and the elegant reception hall we could not have even dreamed up something as spectacular as this wedding venue. One other very important part of the Lange Farm Wedding experience was the staff. Every moment leading up to and especially on the day of the wedding the Lange Farm coordinator went above and beyond. On the day of the wedding she was more than prepared and ready. She was efficient organized and prepared for any situation. The best part about her was she is a real pleasure to work with. Daniel was happy and energetic yet professional and detail orientated. In reality you can find places like this all over the state to do a ranch wedding but the staff here made it the most enjoyable, fun, memorable wedding for all of the guests and especially the bride and groom my best friends! <3 Side note: even the hired 3rd party photographer was in awe with the perfection the Lange Farm displayed and arranged!!

My daughter was married here recently and it was a huge disappointment! We decided on the place because it looked charming, however, dont let this sway you! The wedding coordinator, which you are required to have and pay for, was Lesa. She was very difficult to work with, unfriendly and definitely should not be in this business. We set everything up ourselves as she complained and offered no help and did not even acknowledge my family when we arrived to do so. On wedding day our guests arrived for cocktail hour on the patio, there was some elderly guests that could not stand up and when one of my family members went in to ask for a chair she abruptly yelled "you are not supposed to be in here"! The whole experience was horrible and I would not wish it on any bride.

Lange Farm is an exquisite wedding venue and a joy to photograph at. The property has a lot of variety and the light through the oaks during golden hour is divine. Their staff is professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Lange Farm to any couple looking for an outdoor farm wedding.

We had planned a garden wedding but it rained. We told them in time so they never set up the garden but would not refund the $500. Also, everything is extra, even the tablecloths $700. Very money hungry - leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
