The physical plant of Chippanee has improved greatly but the food has not. The prices are way too high for what you get and the choices slim. I ordered the crab cakes. I received two somewhat tasteless crab cakes set atop three miniature potatoes , topped with black beans ( most of which the waitress spilled on the table) all for the cost $28.00. There are no pasta choices. Under the old ownership a vegetable risotto was on the menu and it was very good.

Excellent club on Chippens Hill in Bristol. Beautiful maintained golf course. Tennis courts, huge swimming pool, separate kiddie pool & snack bar. Fantastic restaurant & bar. Pro shop. Large clean locker rooms. Flexible affordable membership plans.

The food and service are top notch, so much so that I joined as a social member under the new ownership two years ago. I cant say enough about chippanee, simply a fantastic experience every time I visit.

Great course, has some very challenging pin placements. A few greens are still recovering from the bad winter. Overall a super place to play. Good rates for new members.
