This is a well outfitted, clean and modern facility that is very family oriented. I love that it is the antithesis of California Family Fitness and 24 hour rackets. There are no pushy trainers, rather free classes with top notch fitness experts. Paying for day user only is very pricy so consider a monthly membership. You must prove that you are a West Sacramento resident! Great swimming facility but can get a little overcrowded when school is out. Highly recommended!

We have been here on more than one occasion, but we recently had my oldest sons birthday party at the pool. We had a most excellent time, and everyone we dealt with were very helpful and tremendously accommodating. Our only issue was that now when you reserve the pool, you only get one hour on the slides. In the past, the slides were open for the entire reserved party time. Kind of a minor beef, but a beef nonetheless.

Customer service is great! Very clean and well maintained facility. Although only few years old, already improved basketball court floor. Staff is attentive to members and facility. Wide range of classes offered at varied times. Instructors teach at varied levels and check in with class throughout. Pool is fun and clean. Very family friendly.

Four to five years ago the ones in front desk were discriminating just because I was wearing a jean at the gym using their equipment that I paid, they thought I was sneaking in for free. What an complete ASSHOLES. They should do something about those soccer moms wanna be Kardashians losers. I hate this gym because of people experience is so gross.

Great place to bring your family and get together with friends. Nice gym and pools. They offer childcare during set times so even parents with young kids can still find time to get their workout in or attend a class. Everything is affordable for 90% of the West Sacramento population.

Love it, I visit every summer. Wish more of the lounge chairs didnt have broken backs, and the fact that people get thru the locker rooms to access the Rec Pool b4 the door opens, or that ppl save chaises for kids that are in the pool 90% of the time.

I am a member here and love it. The staff is friendly and the facility is really nice. It gets busy after work so plan accordingly. I like some of tje classes they offer but get there early so you get a spot.

Nice Recreation center at reasonable prices. They cater to all age levels. I love the programs for active seniors, especially stretch class and balance class. Personal trainers at reasonable prices as well.

This community recreation center is the best! The only thing missing is steam/ sauna.Great classes, spinning, yoga,Zumba,etc. Staff helpful, facilities clean.and it is a great asset to W.Sacramento.

Pool, Basketball Court, Aerobics Room, Weight and Cardio Room, Kinesis and Spin, rock climbing, kids area, lounge, nice locker rooms/showers. Very impressed! No contracts or start up fees.
