For anyone who has never considered swing dance, Ellington Hall will get you dancing and hooked to it. For the past year Ive been dancing here on Friday nights and nothing can stop me from dancing now. Besides being able to dance, coming here is an easy to meet people who all have a common interest in dance. The Jitterbug lessons are a little too slow paced for me, but for people just starting out theyre a fantastic way to learn and become confident on the dance floor. Ellington Hall is a welcoming place where its impossible not to have fun.

My son has been attending Ellington Halls Friday Night swing dancing for a month or two now. We drop him off and then find a nice brew pub to spend a few hours while he has fun dancing. Im informed that some times the crowd is really great and the energy really high, though not always. Ten dollars to get a dance lesson and then spend a few hours having fun on the dance floor is a great deal
