Don’t be encumbered by history. Go off and do something wonderful!

A rather small museum but very well done from the didactic standpoint! Congratulations! Especially people not at all into computers learn about the scale of sizes, what 22nm actually means. You also see a silicon ingot from which the wafers are sliced. The personnel is incredibly helpful full of knowledge. It is not a museum to have hundreds of yards of walk, it is very condensed. But you see that Intel even produced watch circuits in the beginning - and also the CPU of the Altair. You will learn how chips are manufactured. Spend time watching the videos and learn. Admission is completely free of charge. Be careful to park your car onto the visitor parking. there is a sign for "Museum Visitors".

I came here, becaue I found the museum a day before on Google Maps. I am a big technology fan and I had to visit this museum. The admission is free and you learn the story behind the company and how microchips are produced. They even buried a time capsule a couple years ago. You will learn more about it in the museum. There is a lot to see and explore. Next to the entrance you can find the Intel Museum Shop with Intel-themed items. Pretty neat place to, especially if it rains, which doesnt happen a lot in California.

Great displays and interactive exhibits suitable for both kids and adults. If you ever worked for Intel, you owe it to yourself to learn at little about its founding and truly remarkable early and recent leaders. Robert Noyce is featured and he was a genius and a person of both character and vision. Seeing cool stuff like silicon ingots and wafers, a model of a fab, and an exhibit on Moores law is a way to better understand the mystery and magic of the computing technology we all depend on.

Really great museum! Free parking, free entry, free tours! I brought a ten year old who loves tech and he really enjoyed this museum. We asked for a tour and since they had one starting within the hour they asked is to wait. We had to be somewhere within two hours and asked for a short tour. They happily agreed, it was perfect. Five other visitors (strangers to us) listened in. Id say a maximum visit would last about one and a half hours.

It was a hard time getting directions into the Intel Museum at the Intel campus. But when we finally got there it was great. The merchandise was not expensive, there is a lunch bag for $11 to $12, and then there are pen sets for $5-7. The museum was great to see and was very educational. This is a great place to come with family or alone.

I can recommend even stop by there anyway. Small but nice Intel Museum where the microprocessor and the Intel story is told. Even a few interactive things offered. By the way, admission is free and a merchandise store is in there too. Very nice staff and is looking really the one passes

Its ok. This museum is pretty disappointing to be honest. While there are some cool parts (one part has a transparent display!). I didnt feel like I learned a great amount. If you live close by, go ahead and check it out. But I wouldnt drive more than 30 minutes to check this place out, its nothing spectacular.

Visited this museum back in 2013 when our guests wanted to see this place. It is one cool place located inside a work place. Enjoyed the time spent here and our guests had a gala time since they were very keen to explore this place. You can buy some goodies for memories.

Fantastic; free to enter and gives a detailed insight into intel and the development of microprocessors. The complimentary tour is very informative and the guide was enthusiastic about the process and history. A must go location if you are visiting silicon Valley.

Great museum, small place. You could spend a good chunk of time here if youre into processors and computing. Many displays were however out of service. Small gift shop, didnt have a lot of sizes for their shirts. Interaction with staff was fair but not pleasant.

Theres a nice museum for visitors to explore but keep in mind that there are also offices here. Just go to the visitors center where you can explore the history of the microprocessor and get a new appreciation for the advancement of todays technology.

Who doesnt like free museums?? Especially this one, its a very organized museum, and has a very modern feel as it should have! I particularly liked that they didnt overflow you with information, they were selective on what to put on display.

Nice place to visit in the silicon valley, one of the few places you can actually enter. Very instructive tour about the history of Intel and the fabrication process. I dont give 5 stars beacause it lacked some interaction / animation / music

Free parking and admission into a little history of Intel! Good 45 minute read for that geek you travel with and good photo of outside the statue. My partner did not like it but I love this stuff! I wish they had more stuff about Xeon

Free admission, not too big, you get to see how and why the processor manufacturing process works (I dont think any one person understands all of it), and there are some fun interactive exhibits that are good for learners of all stripes.
