We were looking for a pear balsamic vinegar and found, on the Perfect Pear website, that Herzog winery sells it. I phoned to make sure they had it and was assurred they did. Looking at the Herzog website, we decided that while we were there we would have a glass of wine and then, if the restaurant looked interesting, have dinner. It turned out that they did not have the pear balsamic at all. We walked over to the wine bar, but the person behind the bar was busy unpacking cases of wine...for about 5 minutes....and totally ignored us. Undaunted, we went over to the chocolate bar, but there was no one serving and the chocolate didnt look all that fresh anyway. By this time, since we had also been pretty much ignored by a couple of waiters or the manager, or whoever it was hanging in the corridor outside the restaurant, we decided to never come back to this place. It seemed like the people who were working there were all in some kind of trance. The lights were on but no one was home.

I expected better food and service for the price we paid, the server hardly was around the food was not great, the lady in the front was not pleasant because we were ten minutes late for our reservation, the building specially 2nd floor was fantastic.
