O M G! "Thats what I call that amazing wine called forgiveness...I dont normally go for sweet wines but this one is a "must try". The Cab Franc is my favorite. It is smooth, has an amazing nose and a perfect finish. I buy it often because it goes with most foods and yet is still perfect just for sipping. If you are looking for the best white wine ever, I would recommend the St Emilion. It is light and refreshing, no strong oak taste and very well balanced. It went perfect with my thanksgiving dinner last year.. .I actually got to meet the wine maker on one of my visits there. He is a very interesting, intelligent and fun person to talk to.

Ive been here two times and plan to go back as often as possible. I love the variety of wines and the location. Fillmore is a beautiful little town tucked away in the mountains but only a short drive from the beach. The lady that works there on the weekends is very helpful and adjusts the tastings to whatever you tell her you prefer. Its Friday and Im at work wondering how I can fit a trip to Giessinger into this weekend.

We have been here before and love it just checking today if they were open tomorrow on our way home from Oregon .but there closed.so we will just have to come up some other time soon.
