A friend of mine recently bought a property before Christmas in the Silverleaf Community. The $300+ HOA Fee took me by surprise till now. Last week I visited for the first time. Wow! The Silverleaf Club & Community is truly the best in Arizona! Beautiful homes and golf courses! The layout of the country club and the golf courses are unique, yet perfect! 24-hour on site security. Scenic views and privacy! Worth more than five stars.

Nice country club. Houses range from $3 million to $20 million. Its a dream seller. But you can only get in with a membership or with someone who has a membership.
