Very satisfied with the facility and the personnel, for the people who think this is like any other meat market out there, well...Bad news, this is a community-family center, where working out shirtless is just unacceptable, the cost; very reasonable, is up to us how many times we take advantage of the facility... Just couple of things that Ive observed over the past few months that my family and I started to work out at the South mountain Kroc center---Guys that have no business lifting weights that they cant handle, are annoying, I can hear and feel when they banging the weights on the floor, Ive tried the earbuds deep into my ears and I still can hear and feel the vibration... Please, if you dont know how to lift "DON"T DO IT" you are just embarrassing yourself... Ladies; For Gods sake, if you dont have a one piece swimsuit, reserve yourself until you have money to afford to buy one, is a FAMILY facility, some ladies go to the water facility feeling they are in Californias ocean. Really? I get in Arizona there are not very many places to expose your skin, but the Kroc is definitely not in the top of the list, wear something appropriate and be respectful to others. Other than that it is a pleasant experience to workout at the Kroc, is nice to see families and elder people taking care of their healthy habits.

This is not my first time visiting this facility, but this would probably be my worst visit. I was here visiting the pool with a couple of family members. At 12:58 pm while I was sitting at a table I witnessed a female who was the lead lifeguard being pushed into the pool by a male lifeguard with glasses. She barely missed landing on a child! Then she highfived the male who pushed her in as if she was congratulating the inappropriate behavior. As a lead life guard you should know better. Then the two began to talk and laugh before she went on to climb on a lifeguard chair with another lifeguard already in it. Another lifeguard was standing on a chair on top of the slide area, and playing on the rails. Prior to that one was beat boxing on the rail. There were a few lifeguards that acted as if they were truly concerned for the safety of the children. Others chose to behave as if this where a party and not a pool where any childs life can be in danger at any given moment. As a person who has a younger family member in the water this disturbs me to know that something could happen to him, and the lifeguards would be to occupied with their own personal entertainment to do something about it.

Was very excited to see a gym like this open up so close to me. I use to travel to freestone in Gilbert just to get some games in. Gym was great when I first started going, but recently seems like they always have the basketball courts booked for something. When I complained to the athletic coordinator Corey he pretty much said oh well Im making the gym money with these events. I work full time so I cant go during the day when it is not busy I can only go after 5. Seriously considering ending my membership because of this huge inconvenience.

The Kroc Center is a jewel in this community. My experience with the employees and service has always been positive. In fact, there has been several time in which I felt their people went over and beyond to assist me. The quality of their gym, facilities, and programs are comparative to many of the high profile gym clubs, but without the pretentiousness. The Kroc Center is a great place for families to enjoy a time of exercise and recreation together. In closing, I cant fail to mention that kids love the indoor pool and slide.

ii remember as a kid when i went to rose Linda elementary i always went there to have a good time ,they knew how to make u feel welcome even without a membership. now they got a make over and i was trying to get my cuzen into working out .well we pass to have to see how we lyk it so we were working out doing pull ups and we wer told we had put our shits on cuz its a family plass i thought we were in a gym.but i went to LA fitness were u can feel comfortable

We, as a family, enjoy the Kroc Center! We are usually there a few tines a week to take advantage of the indoor waterpark. I like that there isnt an overwhelming chlorine snell suffocating us. They also have life vests in various sizes for the kids. Yhe gym is equipped with brand new equipment which in my opinion is much better and cheaper than a regular gym. There is also a computer room and livrary and child watch available. Its a great place for the family.

Not very happy with the gym. Paying $59 for 2 adults and 2 children. As of June I have to pay $2 ea child ea time I go to the gym, that comes up very pricey for their care center. For the amount of times I go to the gym it will cost me $25 addtl a week which comes up to $159 a month. This is supposed to be a community salvation army gym. This is rediculous. I will be canceling my membership.

Great gym, it has all the equipment I need. They also provide several classes for workout for all ages. My daughter is part of volleyball league. I workout while she practuces. Very affordable for family of 6, under $80 a month as a gold member. We also attend the church service on Sundays. The ministry is great!

I like that it is clean, the pool is nice, and the lazy river is really nice for resistance training. Only thing I would fix is the fact that they dont have a swimsuit dryer in the locker rooms. I will talk to management and see what we need to do to get one because it really is a necessity.

Awesome experience at the center. My son took a few keyboard classes with Mr. Joseph and had the time of his life. He learned soo much!!! I really appreciate the opportunity the center gives to students. I will definitely enroll my son in more classes......especially with Mr. Joseph..

Woman at the information desk was rude, when we asked questions her answers were vague, and said just look at the brochure, the only time she was nice was to ask if we wanted a membership but when we asked if we could look around before we decide she said no It did look nice and clean

The prices are ridiculous... u have to sign a contract... the facility sits on an ugly part of Broadway rd.... nothing pretty bought that particular area... welcome to the poor side with an expensive facility that for sure no family on that block can afford.

This place is a community center for Christians and Christian families. Have been very impressed with the facility, staff, and other members. There is a strong love for God that you can see and feel here. We are happy with our membership.

The kroc center is a great place to be. There is now boxing. Which is my favorite. And the pool is great . And you can leave your kids in child watch. And for the older kids to the game room. And there is a place to workout or
