Workers Tattletelling on Paying Customer - I called on Monday to book a tee time for 1 PM for a group of 6 men. I explained to them that we are driving from 5 hours away for my brothers bachelor party trip. They explained theres a tournament in the morning and it will be over, and well be good to go. We played through 3 holes and the course marshall complained that we could not play 6 to a hole (then later says we could play to tee off as long as the other group is on the green). Thats what we asked first and they said no, then proceeded to renig their statements. We were paying customers and course employees that are not even paying to golf got upset, even though we wanted them to play through, so we could enjoy the bachelor party trip weekend. When we asked for a full refund due to them not disclosing we couldnt play 6 to a hole, they offered a rain check for the course. Obviously, we will never be back to Memphis to play at this specific course. NEVER attend this course. The asphalt is terribly maintained, also there are downed limbs that have been there for weeks. The course employees were playing more than 6 to a hole and each individual did NOT have a bag, as he explained to us later was "Required" terribly ran course by Memphis as a City. Customer Service is of no concern, its simply an employees are more important than paying customers course. Thanks for attempting to ruin a Bachelor Party weekend.

The course isnt kept up well. If you want a better gold experience book a tee time at Galloway or Audobon.
