Ive been to two other snowtubing locations. The only cool thing about this place was that they have nighttime tubing with the lights. "42 lanes" is a complete fabrication. There is half that at the most. Other snowtubing locations have lanes that are set up with a large enough landing area, that you can go down your lane as soon as the previous rider is done. But the landing zone here is too narrow to do that. So you have to wait for EVERY LANE to clear out before you can go. Then they release all the lanes at once. Everyone has to wait for the slowest person. Unlike other locations, the conveyor belt cannot hold the weight of a belt-full of people. The employee at the bottom becomes overcome with the POWER, THE POWER!! to decide when people can go on or not. He watchs the belt in front of him, and to stop people, without looking, snaps his hand out to stop the next adult. So my four-year old got smacked twice in the face. I then started loudly telling my son to not get on until the guy gives the okay so "YOU DONT GET SMACKED AGAIN." The line to the conveyor belt can get long. The decent humans went to the end of the line. When the employees told the people that just got off the ride to merge into the line (AKA cut in line), the terrible people with lack of courtesy had no problem cutting in line. The lobby is super small. Do not plan on finding a place to put your stuff just so you can get yourself organized before heading out. There didnt seem to be a lot of people, but with the poor management of the belt and how long it takes before you can ride, (and we were riding an hour and a half before closing on a Thursday night), I would never ever consider coming here again.

While it may be the "largest" tubing park in the US it can also claim the most poorly run. Ticketing- inefficient and overly complicated. We couldnt purchase online and when we arrived we were told to return later to purchase our tubing tickets and were provided with little yellow slips with a time (8:00pm). Upon return we had to wait in line again and could not purchase the ticket until just before our time slot. The experience. Galactic tubing. Ha!! Ive seen more colored lights at a birthday party and the music could only be heard at the bottom The staff working the lines were rude and the second entrance had to lined and was disfunctional at best in splitting single and double tubes. The wait at the top was beyond ridiculous. I get they have to clear the lanes but in most cases they cleared the lanes and wasted nearly a minute, sometimes longer, to release the next group. Definitely not enough people working the process. Go to Cranmore in NH for a model of proper staffing levels. Price. A bit high for the experience. Also, I paid for two hours (end of day) as I would have paid for three. Why is the price the same for less time. Camelback. Go back to the drawing board and try again. This COULD be a great experience!!!

It was a good experience, considering we went on a holiday weekend, the rush wasnt as bad, It was pretty crowded because the nearby ski resort was closed, but we could still get by taking a slide down every 20 mins. The main reason for the 3 stars is the inconvenience for a toddler/baby. So they do charge full price for babies/toddlers, if you choose to take them inside, but it would have been awesome if they have small bunny slopes for toddlers to enjoy, the speed, the height is too much for a young toddler to bear (even though it looked pretty safe, while sliding down the speed is just too much). While my son was excited to do the tubing (he is 2 years old), as soon as we took him down the slope, he cried so much, and understandably so the slide is too long for a young one. I wish if they charge full price for them, they provide equivalent facilities for them. It was a disappointment, despite wanting to go down the slide, we couldnt take him again. It was never mentioned anywhere on their website about safety while taking young kids, and also never mentioned that they do not have any bunny slopes. It would have been a good information to have before we planned the visit.

So much closer to the city than I realized. Staff was just the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I called several other places on my way and all were curt on the phone - some even nasty. The Camelback staff was inviting from the getgo. Price was a drop high - I should say it felt that way but I am not comparing so I could be wrong. Still staff was nice under crazy pressure - HUGE crowds but they kept the lines moving and were really friendly. Only other knock would be the coffee - I was actually warned about it - you guys should but a decent brew and not water it down so much. You charged more than Starbucks but didnt really provide their quality. I am looking forward to returning with my wife and staying at the resort. Great job!

If you like spending money to wait in line, this is the place to go. Family of 4, we spent $140 to go down the hill 4 times. We were there for 3 hours. My suggestion to Camelback tubing would be to the limit the number of guests. I would never go back. Also, let people buy ahead of time so we dont have to wait in a line when we get there to buy tickets. Then we waited in another line to enter, then we waited in a line to go up the hill. My suggestion for the public is not to go unless you want to waste money.

I guess this place is OK if you dont know better. The hill is small and most of the employees dont know what they are doing. In 2.5 hours we got three rides down the hill. Half of the mountain was closed for no particular reason during a peak holiday week. Ive been tubing with the kids a couple of times before in New England and had a very pleasant experience. I would have been happier watching my $135 burn than spend my money at Camelback snowtubing.

Had a blast this past weekend with my two boys. We were on a 3hr session from 3pm-6pm. I didnt have time to take a break. As soon as we went down the hill we got back on the carpet lift and went right back down. With 42 lanes of tubing we didnt have to wait our turn. We also had our pictures taken and they had great packages for any budget. Staff was very kind, especially the ones in the photo cabin. Hope you have the same experience when you go. Have fun

Worst ticket purchase experience ever! Can only buy tickets 30 min before your 3 hour slot??? They need an online system. Bad!!!! Tubes are not inflated all the way, horrible wait times, NO running water in the bathroom or kitchen?!?!?! Yes that happened. We got vouchers good for a year for the horrible experience but at $35 per person, youd think they would keep up with the place a bit more. The place looked good but very underachieved.
