The pool is elaborate and fun, especially for parties, but I had a bad experience with staff. I cant comment on all staff, but one in particular made my son and I feel so embarrassed and ashamed about an honest mistake. She spoke to us so angrily it made my son really concerned about what we did wrong. I wont go into the whole story, but heres my impression - the family changing rooms were COLD when we were there. There are very few changing rooms so if you are there for a party & have a child of the opposite gender (even if the child is three or four) you cannot use the regular locker rooms (this is where the staff member got angry at us) so be prepared to wait in a long line standing in the COLD while other parents struggle to change their children. I have not had a party there, but after observing some others weve attended, the party staff seems young and inexperienced and the help you receive depends upon the initiative of the teenagers you receive. I had considered joining, but after the staff person spoke to me in that way, there was no way! To me it says either the staff need some customer service training, the management needs to treat their staff better, or staff is dealing with obnoxious people who treat them that way and they need some training in dealing with that type of person. My final impression - cool place, but way too expensive to take abuse from the staff.

Too many silly rules (no tank tops in the gym, no sitting on the wall in the pool, no snacks by the pool, no sitting by the pool when classes are in session, no pictures??, I could go on and on!), ridiculously expensive membership with no break on the cost of classes, birthday parties are outrageously expensive and the party helpers are barely more that teenagers who are pretty useless for the amount of $$ spent on the party, no refunds or rain checks. Example: Spent over $30 to swim (myself and 2 young kids), we barely set foot in the pool and another child had an accident in the pool so the pool closed. Staff would not issue me credit or even a rain check! I fought this all the way to upper management and they wouldnt give an inch! Agree with previous posters - LOW LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont even offer free wifi!

Nothing but attitude from the people who work there. The people at the front desk are usually nice enough, but the people working in the pool area and the gym are know-it-alls who seem to really know nothing. They clearly dont care about the people who use the center. On top of that, an instructor who prides herself on being a premier open water swimmer/instructor yet my 15 year old son absolutely destroyed her when he won the Pageant Swim in Atlantic City. Everywhere you look, more an more attitude there. Were leaving when our membership runs out and are never going back.

Ive been going there for a year and really like the facility. The pool is great with lots of lanes, fun slides and water fountains for the kids. The locker rooms are big with plenty of showers, toilets, etc.. Even the outdoor track is great! Its a shame the front desk staff is so rude. Not everyone is rude, but most are. Every time I go there Im shocked at how unfriendly, rude and and downright miserable they are. A simple smile and a thank you after you pay would go a long way. Its gotten so bad, Im actually leaving to join another center.

Great Swimming lessons! My son has learned so much. He isnt afraid of the water now. On the weekends its $10.00 per person to swim. I like doing this activity especially if it is raining out. Beach style entrance which is nice for my 1 and 1/2 year old daughter. My daughter is looking forward to summer so camp can start. My Daughter never wants to leave. Kudos to the counselors :)

A community center should be accessible to the whole community right? However , the high prices leaves many of us unable to benifit from the great programs that are offered. My daughter took swimming lessons and they were great but it really took a huge chunk out of my monthly budget. Bottom line is this facility is great but way too expensive.

Community is the key word. They have programs for everyone, from toddlers to seniors. The facillities are spotless and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. You can join even if you arent a township resident, although you pay a bit more. Its a great place for seniors to get some exercise and meet new people.

Its so fun for me because you have camps so many nice people and counselors and you can have a fun time swimming not very far from my home! Just takes 5 minutes!

Attended a demonstration on assistive technology. Gym looked very clean with new equipment. Pool had a slide, fountains, and a separate lap lane.
