I wish this wasnt the case- but were very disappointed with the service we received from the Warner and their staff for our wedding. The Warner charges $800 to have just your wedding ceremony there. This had been my dream venue so even though I felt that was a little steep, we paid the money to get married there. A month before the ceremony, I received an email telling me- not asking me- that another wedding would be rehearsing during my 4 hour block on my wedding day but that they "wouldnt touch anything so dont worry." When I expressed concern and said I wasnt comfortable with another wedding party rehearsing during my wedding time- I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable. I was also promised numerous times that the other wedding party would be on the opposite side of the Warner and we would never see them. On the day of my wedding- I walked into the Warner where my guests had already begun arriving- and there was the other wedding party going through their rehearsal. This is unacceptable to me. The Warner double booked two events and seemed completely unapologetic about it. And yes, I had a contract, and yes those people were rehearsing during my contracted time on my wedding day. No one wants a group of strangers present on one the most important and private days of your life. When I contacted Brighid with the Warner to express my complaint, she didnt even bother to respond. That shows me that to the Warner- you are not a bride on her wedding day- youre just another check for them to cash. As beautiful as the Warner is for a venue- they dont treat their customers with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Its time for Animaniacs, and were zainy to the max. So just sit back and relax youll laugh till you collapse for Animaniacs. Come join the Warner brothers and the Warner Sister Dot. Just for fun we run around the Warner movie lot. They lock us in the tower whenever we get caught, but we break loose and then vamoose and now you know the plot. Were Animaniacs. Dot is cute and Yakko yaks. Wacko packs away the snack while Bill Clinton plays the sax were Animaniacs. Meet Ralph, and Dr Scratchansniff, say hi to Hello Nurse. Goodfeathers flock together, Slappy wacks em with her purse. Buttons chases Mindy, while Rita sings the verse. The writers flipped we have no script. Why bother to rehearse? Were Animaniacs, we have pay for play contracts. Were zainy to the max, theres bologna in our slacks. Were Animaney, totally insaney, where are Wakko Yakko and Dot?

I got great service over the phone from the male working there, but in person the woman was terrible! Older woman at the box office was miserable, condescending and rude! I was purchasing more expensive seats for Disney On Ice, and I was texting with my husband to see what he wanted us to get. I understand people on their phones at check out is irritating, but her body language and behavior was completely uncalled for. She was rude from the get go before I even got my phone out. There was no excuse! The male, however, I know I spoke with him on the phone several times. That should have been irritating, but he was absolutely professional and curteous the ENTIRE time. Next time Ill avoid her window for his.

When i was a kid my Parents brought my brother & i up to ERIE for vacations. We lived in Pgh & we had Family that lived in ERIE. My family would go fishing at the "PUBLIC DOCK" Which is NOW known as "DOBBINS LANDING". I would walk up to the "WARNER THEATRE" to see movies there! I saw "THE GLASS BOTTOM BOAT", "THE HUNTING PARTY", "EASY COME, EASY GO" w/ Elvis Presley & several more CLASSIC Films at "THE WARNER". I loved going there bc it was 1 of the most BEAUTIFUL & CLASSICLY Ornate Palaces in ERIE. It was movie watching at its Best & Most Enjoyable. It was Comfortable too! They should continue to show CLASSIC MOVIES when possible. People will come & watch!

The Warner Theater uses a third-party ticket seller that is actually a scam. I bought two tickets online to an upcoming venue and paid $300 for orchestra pot seating. The tickets arrived and were marked as only being $49.50 each and were for a venue in Texas. I called the theater to report the incident and was informed they couldnt do anything about it. I now am the proud owner of two completely useless, grossly overpriced tickets. I will not be seeing any venues at this location any time soon, if ever.

Thank you to Barry Copple and his staff at the Warner Theatre for making our New Years Eve wedding the most perfect night of our lives! The Warner provided an incredible and authentic Art Deco setting for our glamorous evening. Out of town guests were stunned and everyone was in awe. Working with Barry was simple and stress-free. He responded to emails quickly and made all of our special requests a priority.

A great venue for watching concerts, ballets, and shows of various kinds. The building is old and beautiful inside and out like old Warner theatres are. It has been fully renovated over the past 15 years. It also offers being rented out for events and parties, including weddings. I love visiting this place whenever I am able to for any reason.

Excellent venue! Beautifully restored! I was in NYC for Broadway play and that house wasnt nearly as nice. We on Erie are truly blessed with the Warner. They need to get the front Marquee lit up back to its original glory. It would add so much.

Beautiful historic building with the traditional architecture and decor of the 20s-40s. Reminded me very much of the Hershey Theatre in downtown Hershey PA. I was surprised the acoustics werent better, hence the 4 stars

Its a great venue for live music and there are no bad seats. We saw Melissa Ethridge, Stomp and Riverdance here and loved them all. The inside of the building is very ornate and pretty as well.

This place looked amazing on the inside like an old theater from the twenties. However for the artist the green rooms were nasty and the showers were unbearable.

Decadence, splendor, architectural wizardry from the early 20th century. Pink marble pillars on the 2nd floor. Dazzling place.
