I will attend this year as a spectator, as I did a couple of years ago when the plunge was into Lake Monona. I really think the plunge should be held at a more significant "venue" such as in front of Monona Terrace or possibly at the UW Student Union in Lake Mendota. Lake Wingra at Vilas Park Zoo might also suffice. I dont think Willow Island gives the event the larger ambiance it deserves.
