There are many "pros", like the relaxing and unhurried atmosphere, and the awesome customer service. The employees all seem to have advanced knowledge of all the latest products. I also like being able to try the different juices before I buy them. There are a few "cons", but unfortunately theyre big ones. Their selection and availability of the latest products is very slim. Its a great place to go for coils or juice, but for hardware, they usually dont have it. They are able to order almost anything, which brings me to the second "con"... price. Their prices are pretty high. If they order something for you, chances are it will still cost you about 50 percent more than if you ordered it yourself. Overall, if I need something while Im waiting for an order to come in (coils, juice, etc), or if Im looking for a new juice, The Vape Spot is where I go (Its also nice to be around other vapers).

Im giving four stars because the employees are very helpful (except once) I only took away one star because.... This is/was my go to store... until I stopped by the other day for more juice... the one and only kind I vape on a continued basis. They are out and Im told he forgot to order more in cause there are only a few customers that buy it! Well! I am one of those customers and Im loyal to this hometown shop... this is the only shop Ive been in (except their other shop which is closer to my home on SR410 - they dont carry it at all) so they are forcing me to online ordering and Im going to check out a couple other shops today! I need my juice... I am six months non-smoker and down to ZERO nicotine. If it sells and you have customers that buy it! You need to stock it, because I do know its cheaper online and I still spent my money at your shop.

So i just went in today and picked up some juice and a glass slide for my mod. When i took my son on a walk, i realized my mod fell out of my pocket. When i went in to get a new temporary tank, the staff were so amazing they hooked me up with a new temporary mod until i got paid (i work full time and have two boys, money is tight). Im forever grateful for this store and how awesome the staff are. Going back to smoking isnt an option and i highly reccommend this particular Vape Spot to anyone looking to quit and get AMAZING customer service. Especially the girl that works the front counter (i wont say any names for privacy sake). She is always very postive and informative. Ive been coming here for years and ill continue until I decide to ween off nicotine.

Vape spot on summitview ave was the most terrible customer service I received living. This man in the morning is so unwelcoming it feels creepy just being in there with him. Cant say hello. Looks high. Cant sell sh!+. Meaning I feel like Im annoying him just being there asking so many questions with him giving me a get out of here now look. I asked if I could sample any e juice and he looks at me like Im crazy. He said nope. Okay whatever bye. I go to the new one by Fred meyers and complete opposite. They do let you sample. They answer any questions kindly and look cleaner and more professional.

711 Summitview Ave store - These guys know their stuff. They take the time to help and are very friendly. As funny as this might sound, the atmosphere is comfortable enough that I could hang out there for awhile just chatting and vaping. I love being able to test flavors, ask questions, and not feel rushed or that the staff becomes irritated. A nice place to get materials and employees that do it right.

Jessika and Jacob are amazing. Jessika was very dilgent trying to fix my faulty vape pen. Jacob stepped and tried to.....when it wasnt repairable they refunded the money and got me into a better set up. They were so helpful and had some of the best customer service I have encountered in a while. You will be happy.

Great service, good product selection. Knowledgeable staff. The only vape stores in Yakima you can get your RDA and RBA rebuilt at. Edit : due to new federal regulations they cant rebuild, but they will help you install their new line of pre-built coils.
