This is a small park but its very scenic. Theres a parking lot at the start of the park, which has a pond in the center. Beyond that, there is a wooden gazebo type structure, and thats about the end of the park. I often see people walking their dogs here or bringing their kids to run around in the grass. When it gets warm, there are a lot of ducks around and people show up to feed them. Towards the rear of the park, there seems to be trash and debris, which could have been left by homeless and transient individuals. On the wood flooring under the Gazebo, it looks like someone may have lit a fire to keep warm and burned a hole through the wooden floor planks. Along with discarded alcohol bottles, graffiti and the creepy wooden stairs that extend down from the street level above, be aware of your surroundings and careful to supervise your children at all times in the rear area of the park. Otherwise, the open grassy areas are pretty safe.

Really enjoy this place, the design, concept, and thoughtfulness of everything. However we have how coined this place "Bum Park". The wooden view points and stair access points all have been blocked off due to dry rot and other structural issues. You can see a lot of wood is falling apart laying on the ground throughout the park. And the bums... apparently this is like a hidden Tent City, AKA Bum Park. Theres campsites everywhere in the litter is just horrible. Theres so much garbage throughout the tail end of this park and on the hidden Trails throughout the Creek area. This place needs a deep cleaning.

This park is a nice little gem in the heart of Kent. It has a long park area with a small duck pond and a small amphitheater beyond that. There are also trails through the woods. Years ago, there used to be a medieval fair called "Canterbury Faire" that went kn here.. Not sure if it still goes on but it would be a shame if they stopped it. Was amazing.

Its a nice place to take a stroll. Except for that it has to many homeless wanderers leaving their trash behind as you go further back into the trails. Also, the wooden stairs could use some fixing. Overall its a pretty cool place.

A nice park nestled in a small canyon. Has a small seasonal stream in the bottom. Very nice park at the bottom in the Kent Valley, however up towards east hill you gotta watch out for homeless camps.

Could be very pretty but lots of bum litter. The trail following the creek upstream is a decent little hike and you can access the public pool and cemetery if youre adventurous enough

Could be really nice but full of trash and homeless people living in front of the bathrooms. Giant tarps in streams and pond full of floating garbage. Sad sight, so much potential

Its got good things and bad things. Good - It has beautiful views and amazing landscaping architecture. Bad - It appears to house Kents homeless population.

Not to bad! The Trail is little short, and the bathrooms were closed for the season. That, however, didnt stop people from coming!
