The course was in terrible shape and it seems that etiquette is dead!! I chose this course for its reputation of quality greens and pace of play. The greens were very bumpy and the pace of play was snail-like. Minimal golf etiquette is normally what I expect, What I found was unexpected. The groups in front were not observing the cart path rule or repairing their ball marks, they were hitting more than one ball per person and they would not let me play through although they were a full hole behind the group in front of them. I didnt have time to wait every shot on the back nine. When I tried to square up, pro-shop Manager Charli couldnt have been less interested in my opinion or, why I only wanted to pay for the 9 holes I had played instead of the 18 holes I planned to play. She actually tried to make me feel bad for not finishing. And that is unacceptable. That is the main reason I decided to write a review. I would strongly urge you not to play this "executive" course as such. And in case youre wondering about sour grapes....all pars and bogies, couldnt have been happier with my play that day.

I have played at the Links at Lang Farm for a few years now and feel the need to let everyone know how great of a course it is. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the condition of the course is unbelievable - fast greens that roll true, great driving range, pristine fairways, you cant really ask for more. Considering it is an executive course (every other executive course Ive played on wasnt kept to high standards), they maintain this course like it is fit for the PGA. They also have excellent lesson programs. Although Id like to hit my driver more often, Id pick this course over any other public course near Burlington on any day of the week. And they have LOW prices. You can play while riding a cart, buy beer and snacks, all for lower than any other course around. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!!

Ive been a member at the Links for five years running, they seldom disappoint. The course is short, but kept in great condition. I enjoy the shorter length because it makes it easy to sneak 18 holes in before or after work, a round takes under 3 hours, if you get out at 8am when its empty you can be at work by 10.

The course is always in great shape, the staff is attentive and friendly. Its a course that takes some "getting to know" before you can minimize your score. I prefer courses that are a little more forgiving, but perhaps thats because Im a crummy golfer! Bring your A-game.
