New additions are nice to look at but not really skate. large and medium box are still there but everything else has been replaced and none of it has coping on it but the previous boxes. And there is not a single rail in sight only a rounded off ledge witch does slide well though. Only giving it 3 stars because of the quality lighting and boxes where left as is. But the tree manuel pad has a split at the end by design. And again no coping on it

A lot of damage to the playground and the fence near the apartments. Good parking and the skate park is pretty good.
