This is the most unorganized place I have ever saw!! We went to tour the place over a year before our wedding date and signed the contract when we paid 1/3 down. On the day of the wedding the ceremony decor was completely wrong, they had pews instead of white chairs - they did fix it but I was already so upset. The alter had to be completely redone. Also I paid for a horse & carriage & it never arrived at the wedding - I wanted to look like a princess. The owner was clueless about my contract and didnt even remember me. My mom told her about the carriage and she gave us $125. No telling what I originally paid for that. Overall my wedding was pretty, but there was so much stress on the day that I wish I would have had my own wedding planner instead of the "included" one. Also I paid for all real flowers and my ceremony flowers were silk & half of my bouquet was silk!! So disappointed because it dried and you can tell the one half is silk

I was just married at this exceptional venue Saturday, June 25th and it was, hands down, the best day and experience of our lives! Karen is one of the kindest, most generous and thoughtful people Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing and Taylor was such an accommodating gentleman. From the very first time we visited to the day we said our I dos our experience was exceptional! Natchez Hills is a naturally beautiful vineyard but the effort they put in to making it sparkle for your day is incredible! Their wines are delicious, the bbq melts in your mouth and the environment is sure to have your guest feeling jubilant all night!!! Its only been a few days and we already miss our big day. If you are searching for a place and for people who understand how important your day is, I encourage you - take a little drive out to Hampshire, TN and fall in love with Natchez Hills!

My date and I bought tickets to a Nasville Unleashed dinner/concert a Natchez Hills Vineyard this weekend and had a great time. The Tasting Room at the Winery is beautiful and the Owner gave us a personalized tasting of their wines. The Merlot and Riesling is some of the best we have tasted. Five stars! The Nashville Unleashed concert was amazing. The intimate venue, the declicious dinner and talented singer/songwriters made for a perfect date night. The staff was courteous and helpful and the owners, Jim and Karen made a point to meet and greet everyone. The venue is small and intimate so there are no bad seats and the sound is concert quality, The Vineyard is a Middle Tennesse gem and we cant wait to come back. Anne D.

Best place ever to be married. We literally left this place married, and with a few new friends. Karen. Jim, and the whole staff are amazing at what they do. Their wine is to die for, I could become an alocholic on accident! They made our special day the best day of our lives and we will not forget that. We had a smaller budget and told them up front, but you couldnt tell it was anything less than 50k dollar wedding. I promise you wont be disappointed. The music hall is perfect for a band with a state of the art sound system. I can go on and on... If you have an event here, invite me lol I am just looking for an excuse to return!!

We bought tickets to a music/dinner event for a Saturday night. Our son came down with a nasty bug, so we asked about geting a credit (not even a refund) towards another show or event, and they refused. They were unwilling to make any kind of compromise, stating that we needed to give 48 hours advance notice, which is pretty hard to do with a sick kid. Instead of keeping the customer happy and turning us into a regular visitor, theyve lost our business for good. And well be sure to tell all of our friends about it as well. Not a good way to run a railroad, folks!
