Handicap shower stall does not lock. At 7 a.m. they started mowing, scaring my animals and throwing wet grass all over our brand new $400 tent. Then they proceeded to weed eat up on our tent again throwing grass everywhere my animals were terrified. The people never even spoke to us, just did there thing as they looked several times into our tent were I was not completely dressed. It was embarrassing. No one came to apologize or even wipe our tent off so since its all over the mud flap at the entrance door, now grass is all over the inside of our tent. I walked to the office to speak to someone, but no one was available. Contacted customer service and was on hold for 20 mins and am still on hold waiting on someone to respond to me. We have went by all the camp ground rules, cleaning up after our animals and keeping our site cleaned up, but they have been very disrespectful to us and our belongings and after our stay is up here on the 1st we will not be coming back here. There is no reason to disrespect people and their belongings like this and to stare and violate me by looking into our tent.

Found this place out of luck when we were trying to find a place to stay for the solar eclipse. Beautiful spot. Very clean campground and restrooms/shower areas. We didnt do any fishing but this place seems like a gold mine for any fisherman. Our camp area was very large and had water and electric hook up right there. Also a fire pit and a picnic table at every spot. The only thing i wish they had was a hiking map and more of there hiking trails marked. We only stayed 2 nights but we had a blast. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future camping trips.

One of the best campgrounds I"ve been to, I would rate 5 out of 5. Great for boating, watersking, and fishing. I caught small and largemouth bass from 2 pounds to 8 pounds with no trouble. There is crappie, bluegill, catfish, stripped bass, and walleye. Try it, believe me you will never forget it !!! P.S. Showers and restrooms as clean as can be. Primitive and full hook up camping. Washer and dryers for clothes.

Me and my family camp here a couple times every year always clean, quiet and very roomy. Bring boat and camper lots are very big and very spacious to hold them. Just make sure you understand most sites have no sewer. Check out time is by 3pm that makes it nice to spend the extra day and not be rushed to leave. The scenery is great need to ride bikes to take it all in..

Very well maintained, long sites, great campground. Lost a star due to not having posted that the main road in to reach the site from South and east, is closed and you must detour through Lebanon,TN to safely arrive with a large RV. St Rd 25 is Closed and 263 and all other back roads are UNSAFE!

The campground is ginormous, where I was, the trip to the shower houses was a bit of a hike, but not too bad. We also had a great view of the lake(Defeated Creek). I really recommend this place... phenomenal!

Beautiful place with awesome views. There is a place off of the walking trail when you first enter the campground that leads to the lake. There are benches to catch some awesome sunsets!

I coming to this campground. Its not my favorite one in Tennessee, but its still a great choice. My favorite time to go is when its warmer out so you can swim/kayak in the lake.
