Heads up, not good for little kids. The trolley tour was phenomenal! It was about $13 per adult and I was skeptical, but the older man who lead the tour was funny, and just knew so much about the area. Definitely better for older kids or adults. Not fun for little kids, but as adults its just fascinating to hear about the history of Milton Hershey and how the company was created. Great to see what a philanthopic giver he was! We also got little Hershey kisses along the way. It was soooo worth it! And it was nice the the trolley was heated since it was a cold day outside.

If you have kids under 10, this is a neat tour. Its a live theatrical performance on the trolley bus with sporadic information about the places nearby. It will entertain kids but this is definitely not an adult tour bus. I think it would be annoying for most adults. The acting and singing take away from the tour and information. Also, Trolley Works skimps out terribly on chocolate and candy. You get 1 Kiss, 1 Miniature Chocolate Bar, and 1 Miniature Reeses Cup. I thought that was pretty pathetic for everyone considering how much they hyped up all this candy they said we would receive.

This was great. You wont regret it. Fun tour. Great information on history of town. Good tour guides. Candy on the trolly relating to stories. I would definitely do this again. Get in line early to make sure you get to sit with who you are with. They fill trolley completely so if you go as a pair and are in back of line, you almost certainly will not get to sit together.

Our group of two adults, one senior, one high school student, and one elementary student enjoyed this tour very much. Great information, fun tour guides, etc. Probably not great for little kids, and definitely not suitable for anybody who cant set aside an "Im too serious for this" attitude. Go, sing along, learn a little something about Milton Hershey, and have fun!

The Hershey Trolley works has always been a favorite of mine. It is informative, but not boring. During the summer tours, there is a nice balance of singing, knowledge, and chocolate. During the rest of the year, the tours are not necessarily as entertaining, but still worth the ride. I find the management superb.

George and Fred gave us an unforgettable experience. Talked about the history of Hershey as well as threw tons of chocolate jokes that were really hilarious. You wont regret this.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the Hershey company history and its founder, Milton Hershey. The trolley ride was fun and took us to places you cant see on your own.

It was a nice tour. There are 2. The 45 minute version is the kids tour with performers. The 75 minute history tour is the adult tour, you see more and get much more information.
