We first tasted a Coeur De Terre Pinot Noir while visiting The Place in Friday Harbor. It was love at first sip. I was thrilled to find that the winery was only an hour away from my home in the Portland Metro area. What a wonderful place, fantastic wines, and Scott, Lisa, and Jacques were amazing hosts. Many of their Pinot Noirs are from a single block of grapes, and each one has a character that reflects the terroir of the block. These are wines that will develop even more complexity as they age - but its so hard to wait!

We were just there with friends from out of town and it was amazing! Truly one of the best wine experiences I have had. Scott was great and knew everything about the wine and he taught us about the land. The Riesling was top notch and the pinots were out of this world. Awesome setting in the Mac countryside. I definitely recommend this winery!

We were first introduced to Coeur de Terre in 2011 when enjoying a lovely meal at Subterra in Newberg. Loved the wine so much we added it to our must visit list during our romp through the Willamette that late summer. And have been happily savoring excellent wines born from CdTs labor of love and passion for excellence ever since.

Outstanding view, scenic enviornment, but what really stands out here is the tasting room. Try what you enjoy most, but I highly recomend their Pinot Noir.
