A Private User

Arrived at 5:55pm. No hostess to seat us. Noticed a group of people at the bar with a buffet table setup. Inquired at bar if the restaurant was open. I was informed that the buffet table was for a private party, but if I would stand by the column at the entrance, someone would come up to seat us. After waiting for a minute or so, I inquired at a passing employee if we could be seated. She returned and sat us promptly. Waitress arrived, took our drink order, returned with our drinks and took our dinner order. Our appetizer, and four salads were served. We finished eating our appetizer and salads about 6:25 pm and waited for our dinners to arrive. We were having a conversation and time passed easily. By 6:45pm the waitress walked by our table and stated that the private party had overwhelmed the kitchen but our dinner would be served in a couple of minutes. About 6:55pm not yet having been served our dinners, I waived at the waitress and told her that the service was not acceptable. She sent the manger to our table. At 7:02pm the manager arrived and told us that she had informed the waitress to provide us with a free dessert and that our dinner would arrive within 2 to 3 minutes. At 7:20pm, dinner not yet served, we decided to leave the restaurant. I located the manager and let her know that our dinners had not been served and that we were leaving the restaurant. The manager looked over to our empty table and said "oh my god" as we continued to exit the restaurant. The manager expressed no apologies nor did she attempt to hold us to offer an opportunity to correct our dining experience with Stone Water. She just let us leave. UNBELIEVABLE Follow up on August 14, 2010. The same day this review was submitted, I mailed a letter to Stone Water addressed to the Manager/Customer Relation Department. I included the above experience a return address and a contact phone number. There has been no replies and no contacts as of today.

What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I were at the Rustic Grill for dinner. We decided to try the "new place" at Stonewater. WOW! Great service, great food, great ambiance, great prices. Everything we saw being served looked awesome, so we will certainly be back to enjoy selections on the menu! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I wanted to speak with a manager simply to share what a nice dining experience we had, and the owner came over to introduce herself. I could tell right away, this young lady has integrity. She has a fantastic thing going here! We are so glad to add this place to our local "go to" list. We look forward to coming back!

A very nice venue. I understand it was recently renovated. The owners did a great job making the place feel new and old at the same time. I was at a brunch so I didnt play golf there. I have no concept of what golf even is but this seemed like a place where people enjoy playing golf.

The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was ok of what we got. Was there for a class reunion and was disappointed they took the food down so early and that the food tables were not kept full. There could have been more chairs to sit on. The patio was pretty.

Great club that has recently renovated their meeting space- it looks awesome. Nice food specials and a solid kitchen staff. Good selection of booze and draft beer.
