Via Vecchia...there are not enough words! My husband and I had our wedding and reception there on November 18, 2016. From day one, we knew it was the perfect place. The exposed brick walls, original concrete floors, and open ceiling allow this historic space to maintain a modern influence. The space is so inherently stunning that your decoration needs will take on a whole new focus--you only need to highlight this space, not cover it up. I promise, let the venue breathe and act as the primary focus for all of your accented touches. You wont regret it! The barrel room adds and additional and almost secretive charm, acting as the perfect space for a cocktail hour or photo op arena. And for a winter wedding or just for a reception that fades into the twilight hours, the alleyway with dazzling string lights are an unforgettable experience. Whether youre exiting with a sparkler send off or just taking in the night air with your new spouse, there is no better place to soak of the magic of that moment! And on top of all of this--the impossible perfection of this space--you have an incredible staff who will go above and beyond to make you happy, clarify any point of confusion, correct any error (though there are few, if any ever made), and make your day flow effortlessly. Just one example of many, but it may be my favorite: the night of our wedding, my husband and I left the venue clean up to the venue and our closest family members. Of course, our family didnt keep track of everything we brought or where we put it. Unfortunately, we left a few things behind. What happened? Paulo and Michael made sure nothing was ever left unsecured. In fact, after cleaning the venue and setting up for a wedding the next day, Paulo noticed the uncollected items, remembered where my husband and I were staying that night, packed up anything left behind, and brought the items, safe and secure in boxes provided by the venue, to the hotel at 3am. He made sure the hotel placed our items in a secure location and delivered those items to us at a reasonable hour. Throughout the stress of wedding planning, there was never a doubt in my mind that we had found the place that we would cherish as "ours" forever. The beginning of your life is a momentous occasion, and Via Vecchia Winery is a venue worthy of hosting this unforgettable event!

Good look, beautiful place and good food. Thats where the positives basically end. When the groomsman and bridal party arrived they gave us a hard time about bringing a cooler of unopened drinks from the bus into the building and wanting to store it somewhere. I know some legalities may be involved with that but long story short we ended up having to carry it to someones car; which was more difficult than it sounds since we all rode a party bus and most guests Uberd to the venue. Seating was extremely tight and hard to move around tables for a party of around 130-150. Owner was very snotty and rude. We did most of the tear down for them then after they tried to charge the bride/groom for more guests after everything ended even though there were empty seats at tables and it was not even plated meals. Also, he was a stickler about sparklers during the sendoff even though there were like 500 of them for a 100 some people they made someone "come back for a second after everyone gets one." Also, the day before the wedding, during the rehearsal, a pregnant woman that was part of the wedding guest list asked to use the restroom and they denied her access because they were concerned that their linens would be "scratched" for a wedding later that day. Really?!? Owner started whining about me making a comment about leaving a bad review on my way out. Since when does bad service not deserve a bad review? Treat your customers with some respect and you would have a better end result. Venue I give a 4* on look and style. Service I give a 1* I dont even feel good about giving them a 2* overall but Im trying hard to be fair. The bartenders were a bright spot though. Especially a younger girl behind the bar; she made great drinks!

Very cute as a venue for weddings and live music. The wine is mediocre and a bit over priced.
