Miss Twilah is the worst customer service rep ever. It could be a lack of education and confidence as her people skills are way below standard as is her physical appearance. She is not a child advocate and truly should not be in any position working with youth. I have spoken to many parents who have complained about her lack of professionalism, yet nothing seems to be done. Hartwell Rec center is horrid when she is working. I have taken my kids there for swimming lessons in the summer and I have experienced decent service because she was not there. Unfortunately, Ms Jan is no better. I believe she is the program director for the Rec Center and it is ashamed that her persona is no different than those under her. She too should be replaced with someone more child friendly. I feel sorry for much of the youth that attend the after school program as well as those who have to encounter such nasty demeanors from these people. Hopefully, more parents take the time to call the Regional Director rather than simply complain to one another about how awful their children have been treated.

Im not sure why but the after school program is horrible. I will be filing a complaint. They did nothing but mess with my son repeatly. Caused him anxiety. Everyday it was something

The pool is a great summer spot! The lifeguards are vigilant and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly.
