Its a carousel, and its fun. I may appreciate it more if I better understood its historical significance, but either way, its nice that theyve maintained it well enough to continue running for over 100 years. Overall, a nice, quick, and inexpensive addition to a day at the park or the zoo.

They had kids ride free Thursday in the month of August in 2016 but I have to pay even if Im really just making sure my daughter is buckled in properly and standing next to her. Most carousel will just let you be next to your child for free. Oh well. At least my daughter had a good time.

The Carousel it speaks for itself. I visited the Carousel in Prospect Park a relaxing Park. It was a sunny day the skies above and trees for shade below. This Carousel is special. This is one of the best carousels in nyc. Enjoy"" ****
