This place was so disappointing. I bought year passes anticipating that it would be a place to return to, however, it was a mess. I was hoping that the other reviews about the cleanliness of the tanks were just them being picky, but theyre right, you could barely see the animals. I feel bad that they have to survive in such squalor, not to mention that because the feeding times arent regulated the tokens are a huge waste because the animals are so full the tanks are either uneventful or full of dead fish from people discarding their wasted money. We started with the iguanas, and I love that they let you come in to pet them, but one of the medium sized red ones had deformed nodules on his spine. When I asked if he had any issues the clueless employee pledged to his health. They also dont have enough bask and UVB spots for as many iguanas they have in there. The fish tanks were a hit and miss. They were either spectacular and spotless, like the one with the blue tangs and the black light coral tank, or they were deplorable and utterly mismanaged. The seahorses need branches and other decor to latch on to, but they were forced to try to reach into coral pretty much laying on the ground in this tiny tank. When we got to feed the rays there was no washing station, and funnily enough the hand sanitizer was filled with bathroom soap! The most fun I had there was with the beautiful macaw Indigo. The birds were all well taken care of and surprisingly their enclosures were exceptional. The reptiles on the other hand were not as good. The boas water was soiled with urates and feces, and from the evaporation marks, it looked as if it had been sitting. His and the other snake tanks were dried out too, poor things. I will say that the enclosure for the leopard gecko and the bearded dragon was very generous and well taken care of. Overall only two employees were nice, the others were either terribly awkward or unknowledgeable, and youll be through the place in 30 minutes. I would never waste a hundred bucks ever again, let alone recommend this. Id rather go to the shark reef lol. Update: I actually called and asked about the iguana again, and a very nice girl informed me that he was a rescue, that is why he has scars. I wish the other employee would have led with that because that makes me happy, not concerned the entire time.

My, never did I thought to comment on such a beautiful and well-thoughtout aquarium. Without I cant recall the owners name, I give him my sincere gratitude for providing an celestial utopia - where both human and sea life can co-exist in perfect harmony. It is thanks to him, a second wind blew across the empty hollows we once called: the Boulevard Mall. If you think my commentary ends there, then you merely jest. On top of that, a celestial utopia cannot function without unison; a faction that is the staff members themselves. The past several weeks - slow and roary - I have came across an array of different personalities within the Las Vegas facility. One example is Margo and Tiffany, the Guest Service Cashiers. As I await my turn in line, I notice a bespectacled blonde woman (Tiffany) outstretched her right (or left) arm to a family a couple feet behind me. Her radiant smile earned an accolade of laughters - both children and adults. Margo, who helped my son put on her wristband, held a stern smile upon her visage while noticeably stressed. May I also add: I admire her beauty and valorous spirit. Another example were your tour guides. Today, I witnessed the Monday tour from the Boardwalk that seemed to contain around 200 people. Felicia, Giselle, Sara and both Amber posessed great insight about facts - I, in particular - didnt know about. Jace or Jaycee, did an splendid coordinating his kids, and showed no signs of stress whatsoever. Carlos did an excellent job with aligning his group while keeping his compusure as I notice him getting a bit agitated while over at the Angel Tank. Lastly, I want to give a special thanks Jake, that handsome, sexy devil, who have intel about Reptiles and Avians without restraint. A true asset to the Seaquest Interactive Aquarium team (and an attractive man too. <3 ). I wish I name others but there you only do many. Thank you for the wonderful experience you have given my family, and I will hope to come again to see what new animals will join this utopia we call "home".

Finally visited, very disappointed. The staff is very unhelpful and rude. Half the animals look sick. The wolf eel looked almost dead curled in the corner of the tank that was too small. It wasnt even trying to hide it was just laying upside down and barley breathing. The tucans water was filthy and very low. The python in the glass case infront of the restroom had no water at all. The iguana handler didnt even know how to pick up them up. Theres no one supervising the touch pools. Everyone was sticking their dirty hands into the tanks touching and feeding the animals. I saw no one cleaning their hands until after they stuck their hand into the water. The water is really murky in the shark and sting ray tank. Hand sanitizing stations were dirty, pools of sanitizer and who knows what else collecting on the drip trays. Empty Plastic feeding cups littered all around the tanks. Food pellets all over the ground around the koi pond. I watched a staff member restock the hotdogs and beverages right after she just handed me fish to feed the sting rays without washing her hands. The staff started closing procedures before 8:30. They had blocked off the bathrooms and my child couldnt use them. A lot of the animals you can buy/find at petsmart or petco. (Breaded dragons, spotted geckos, red eared slider turtles, glow fish, angle fish, conjures, parakeets, love birds, canneries) Nice concept but they need a better caring staff and to properly educate them. There should also be more signage on whats in each tank/enclosure and what you can and cannot touch. Also signage to clean your hands before and after touching animals. Definitely needs lots of improvement.

This place is overpriced for the amount of attractions, poor training, and a bunch of empty exibits. Will take you less than an hour to walk through the whole thing, and not much to see. The $15 admission should be more like $8. You have to buy tokens to get food to feed the animals. What they tell you in the front is, the more you buy the cheaper the tokens. So we bought 20, and since there was not much too feed we left with 18. One of the tokens we used to feed the stingrays, a token (approx $3) bought us 3 shrimps, about 1/2" long. They must really be proud of their shrimp food. We asked if we could return the unused tokens, since we felt we were mislead about the amount of things to use the tokens for. We were told no, but we could use it for food or items in gift shop. When at the gift shop, we were told nope the other employees were mistaken. The tokens never expire, so if we have an hour to kill and $50 (2 adults and a child admission) burning a hole in our pockets we can use them. There were a lot of empty exibits and there were missing a lot of signage to explain what animals were there. One half of the place is an interactive projection game, and some tables to play with flowing water. Overall extremely disappointed in this place, and glad we didnt buy one of the FB ads for a yearly membership. The highlight of our time was to go into a cage to feed parakeets, yes the plain ol parakeets you can find in any pet store. We wanted to feed the lorakeets, but they didnt have enough staff to open that. So they opened the exotic parakeet cage instead. SMH.
