This salon is so old fashion in the way it looks and how they do hair! I Usually go to Studio 417 Salon but my stylist was sick that day so I called many salons and Mojo Pie was the only one that can get me in. My stylist at Mojo Pie was Bebe and she kept bragging about how she has been a stylist for 20 years. I showed her an inspiration picture of an ombre I wanted (I was fine with something similar too) just as long as It was lighter towards the end of my hair. During the process, I was asking her why she was putting foils and bleaching at the roots of my hair instead of the ends and she responded thats how she was blending it in. I just sat there and let her do my hair since she said shes been doing hair for a while. After she blow dried my hair, I did not like how it turned out ( I had a feeling it wasnt going to when she was putting those foils at my roots) I even mentioned it to her and she was trying to rush me out by saying "just give it a couple of days and see how you like it" I called the next day to ask her to fix it but she wasnt working so I left the message along with my number for her to contact me. I thought it was unprofessional that she texted me instead of calling me with the business phone. She wanted to argue with me through text and say she was going to charge me to fix it! This was the biggest mistake going to a salon last minute without looking up reviews first. I do not recommend going to Mojo Pie Salon.

I didnt think a salon would ever look or feel like this place. "Eclectic" and "bohemian" are definitely apt descriptors for its atmosphere and the staff; this is definitely not a SuperCuts or a Regis/mall salon. That said, this is a fantastic salon. The staff was very kind and open, and are genuinely interested in helping you maintain great hair, skin and nails. The owner exudes kindness, I was lucky enough to have him do my hair and facial wax when I went there on relatively short notice. Both him and the other staff I saw working there were highly skilled and efficient. My usually-complex-for-other-hairdressers cut was done in minutes by Tony, even with him demonstrating different techniques and explanations of choice in the various stages of my haircut/styling. Ive never really experienced such attention to my preferences and habits.

I read a review on Yelp about the hairdresser who did my hair and Id have to strongly agree with the bad review. Did the opposite of what I wanted. He was sloppy. I literally got botched highlights that looked green and grey. YES, GREEN AND GREY!!! My hair looked so AWFUL I had to wear a HAT to work the next day to save the embarrassment. I left the salon looking like Halle Berry when she played Storm on X-Man!!! I asked for highlights not white hair. It was a waste of my time and money. I wouldnt recommend this place. Failed to mention they only cared more about vaping than CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. While I was waiting for my hair to process I sat and watched another stylist blow her smoke from her vape into another customers face...I thought to myself, how rude.

I was referred to this salon by a customer I had at work. My Mom and I were looking for a new place to get highlights and cuts so we tried it and fell in love and hve been going there for about 2 years now. The salon is indescribable. Its an art gallery as well, and you cant help but look at all the details. They offer you soda,water and if your 21 or older, wine, while you are waiting for your hair to process. The only downfall is they are a little pricey, but not more than what you would pay at a salon in the mall. It just depends on what your wanting. This place is a keeper :)

Mojo Pie is a great salon with an eclectic look and feel. Everyone who works there is so friendly and goes out of their way to assist you even if to just get you a beverage while you wait. Damian is a great stylist for both males and females, young and old alike. Hes got an artsy personality which really makes for a great cut color and style. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Hes willing to go the extra mile to make sure you love your cut and color. Their prices are affordable and their service is outstanding!

All of the staff members are extremely polite and talented. The establishment is unique and kept very clean and orderly. Prices are reasonable, the care and services provided are definitely worth every penny. I can get a hair cut anywhere, but I refuse to go anywhere else for style. Ive been a patron of Mojo Pie for over a decade now, and I have never received anything less than extraordinary services. They do great things for both women AND men, I highly recommend!

I have been going to this salon for a few years and I love it. The eclectic decor is amazing, I see something new every time I get my hair done. I started seeing Tony after my previous stylist fried my hair. Tony has saved my hair and it is currently long and beautiful. He completes my hair in half the time of my previous stylist and costs me about $40 less. I now bring my kids in for haircuts and they adore Tony too. I definitely recommend this salon.

Ive been going to Rachel now for quite a while and she is great! Love the look of the salon, lots of delightful things all about and none of the Science Lab look most salons have. Im greeted and offered a beverage as soon as I walk in. Im nearly always early to appointments and Mojo has the best waiting area...sometimes I just want to curl up on a comfy seat with a half dozen magazines and stay for the day!

Love this place! Wonderful staff, unique atmosphere. Staff was professional and courteous. Had a pedicure and manicure. Pattie was fabulous I was so relaxed when I left it made my week! I will definitely be back and will recommend it to all of my friends!
