Just opened under a new name. The owner was extremely nice, very friendly. I ordered the Thai Shrimp and Pork. It was $28. Im really sorry to say I was disappointed. The pork was slabs of fat, the rice was a ton, and the flavor was extremely light. The cost was way too much for this dish. That being said, others in my party ordered various burgers and said they were great.

Island View is one of my favorite places to go for dinner. I always get the Salmon. I know that I should try something different, but its my favorite. Ive also tasted the walleye sandwich and it was awesome! I visit often and Ill definitely be back again.

Really like the new restaurant there, Vandys Grill. Great homemade everything including wonderful potato chips, hot and delicious. I have never had anything besides the Brisket sandwich, because it is so good. Friendly staff and great food.

Food is great, I am a big fan of their sweet potato fries with Chipotle sauce. Service is a little relaxed, make sure you sure up an hour long lunch break.
