I went over to the ceramics room. Great company, fun to do a project there. I just wish the kilns were either in a separate room or fired overnight wnhen people arent there. It heats up the whole room! I had a nice meal there too, heard a music show. The only thing I would suggest is to have some that do the activities take a bit of time off to share their knowledge. (show me how to knit, crochet, woodwork, leatherwork, etc.) Ill be coming back if I know how to do something. Without any sharing, its just a clique, only there for those who know how. Bottom line is, its good, as far as they go, but lots of room for improvement.

My grandfather visited Creekside earlier (2015) this year after the death of his wife and was encouraged by family to socialize and meet new people. Within his first few visits, he was introduced to a woman who has now swindled him of of thousands of dollars, convinced him to distance his family, added her name to his banking accounts and altered all legal documents. This is very serious and I warn you be cautious with this center. Financial swindling is a live and well.

Great place to come and meet , exercise, or share a game of cards or pool. You can do quilting, crafts, use the woodshop, clay modeling, leather, carving, or lapidary shop. Wonderful helpful leaders in each area and great facility staff.

A place that the elderly can go and do crafts to have a dinner. After you can go to library or shoot a game of pool with other people there. A very nice place to meet others.

Very elderly focused. Should have more programming for families. I believe a community center should be community focused.
