The facility coordinator KELLY KALAL was so RUDE, NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL I could not in good conscience rent the room and spend my money in a facility associated with someone so horrible! I had attended other events at this center and even recommended 2 people for their events to be held here! I never dealt with Kelly before last week otherwise I would have never referred anyone there. I have never encountered such a closet RACIST. The minuet she saw we were black patrons her attitude changed from when we spoke on the telephone! She interrupted every statement I made, barged into the room as I was viewing with my daughter. She even insisted we were not "allowed" to put a photo of my daughter on a easel directly outside the door to our room! Even though it was my daughters birthday celebration ‼️ She was arrogant in the way she spoke her " RULES" to us as if we were being given the room for Free! The experience was demoralizing and I felt for a moment that I was back in pre civil rights era! Clearly the KLAN has members all over it seems... sadly even in our dear melting pot of Columbia! Very Disappointing experience

Clean overall, and staff was present at the front desk. The room where our concert was held was more than spacious enough for a mid-sized crowd (around 70 guests). I was a performer during the event and found that the stage setup was adequate and flow of the space was good. It was easy enough to move around and go from the main hall to what functioned as our "backstage" room across the hallway.
