There are some great shows at this theater and it has had some of its best seasons the last five years. But as far as facilities, the lobby is great but the theater is a dusty mess sometimes. I even attended one show with a ladder and parts of set pieces were leaning against a wall. In some ways, that makes it have an "at home" feel and since the shows are good it does not bother me much. The board members there are fairly friendly but no one goes out of there way for anything resembling customer service. Would I recommend that you go see a show there? Absolutely! But I want to send that with a warning that you do not get too preoccupied with the surroundings. Focus on the show because it will probably be great.
