If youve had an unpleasant experience with Crescent in the past, I understand. I previously had a couple rough times myself there with previous staff. HOWEVER, with Dr. Branson on the dental side and NP Jenny Zalaznik on the medical end of things PLEASE dont hesitate to turn to them if the need arises. Ive never been treated in such a personal, genuinely concerned manner as I was by these two amazing professionals. The scheduling and registration processes have improved as well, but it is the personal manner and knowledge that these two bring to the table that has helped Crescent evolve into so much more than your average ckinic.

Easily visible from Elm St with plenty of parking. Health Center is on the bottom floor of the building. Staff is courteous. I have only been there for dental treatments so can only speak to that. The dentist, technicians are very nice and professional. Often the wait seems a bit past my scheduled appointment so that can be frustrating, especially if you try for appointments after school or work. Be prepared, or try to schedule during the day when many people are at work. They get booked far in advance, so make appointments as soon as you can and hope you dont need to change them or it may be a while again.

I started coming here for dentistry because, they will see me even though I dont have dental insurance. The dentist and, assistant that I see are well worth 5 stars. They are very good. The billing department gets zero stars because, they wait till the reminder call the day before to tell me that I have to prepay the full amount and, how much that is. Some advance notice would be appreciated. So, I averaged it out to about a 3 star rating.

Terrible place to go they never answer thier phones, the send you over to an answering service then they never call back, I have been without my blood pressure meds because they refused to do anything simply because the original doctor that wrote the prescription quit. You get there you wait forever to be seen, I have never had a good experience here.

Ive dealt with staff 2 separate times while trying to find a dentist that accepted my insurance. Both times I was blown away at the freindly. extemly helpful. Staff. They went out of there way to assist me. We need more girls like them . Thanks Cant wait to meet them.

I have had good experiences at Crescent. Their employees are helpful and the doctors and nurses are courteous and prompt. Sorry to read others who have had bad experiences because Crescent seems to be a good place to me for medical/dental/healthcare.

I felt so touched to find a place that helped so many people who cannot afford to have medical or dental care. They do so much for the surrounding communities as well. We are in Wisconsin and are grateful they are there!

super frustrated with this place. I can never ever get ahold of someone to talk to. I have been trying to get ahold of them for two days now and no response. Terrrible place and customer service!!

Thank God for Obama care. Now I can go where I want. Somewhere your not treated like cattle. Someplace that actually answers their phone. Any place rather than Crescent Community Health Center.
