The facility was very nice. However, the trustees staff fell quite short of expectations. 1. We thought we had access to both kitchens. Especially since the wedding reception was a pitch in. However, the night we got access, we were told that we did not sign up for the catering kitchen and we had to pay an additional $100. The office staff insisted that the bride said she didnt want the larger kitchen. But we know that was not the case. 2. We did not get the entire key deposit of $300 back. We were told that a door was not completely shut causing the alarm to go off. Therefore our refund was reduced by $50. Interesting that the facility was empty from 7 PM till midnight. So anyone could have gone in and left said door open. After the comments from the office staff, I suppose we should be happy we got the majority of the deposit back. 3. It would have been nice if someone could have gone over to the facility with us to show were the light switches are, since they are not all in one area. But that part of customer service was not offered to us, either.

Great location for our girl scout volunteer dinner. Room was the perfect size and having access to a kitchen was perfect!
