I dont know how things have been in the past, but my husband and I, along with our child, moved in here Dec of 08 and we really really love it. There are so many nice families...mostly student families with good morals and good kids. Tons of great amenities, lots of children for my child to play with, safe, office is great to work with, maintenance is quick and efficient and we love our neighbors. The price is absolutely incredible for what you get and we are just so thankful that a place like this exists. This is such a great investment...we will have a down payment for a home when we move out of here.

Miss everything there. No bells and whistles but who cares if the apartment itself is great? Lovely people work there. Perfect place if you have kids but also great for singles too.
