I am so very happy with this park district and the dance program. My daughter has been to a couple dance studios before and she was not as happy as she is at this one. She has learned so much more here then she has at any other place. The program and the dance director/teacher is one of the best we have ever worked with. She teaches these dancers to reach their goals in every move they make. My wife watches them through the window every week and loves to see how hard they all work for the dance teachers. Ms. Jessica Desens works beautifully with these girls. I love watching the recitals. I cant wait for this years recital, to see the great show they put on.

Extremely disappointed! To be fair I have not put my kids in any of the other programs associated with round lake park district, but I recently put them in one of their plays. The disorganization is really frustrating. I value my time and money and so far both have been neglected. Contradicting info, late starts and rehearsal being delayed and moved do to lack of preparation. Ive had my kids in many activities with different park districts and this one takes the cake for disappointment. I will not consider them again and this is a poor representation of round lake.

There is no hand sanitizer and as expected my daughter got sick after being here. No one took our ticket and no one was sanitizing anything. The toys looked very used and scattered. Looked cute but I will not be recommending this place to anyone or returning. The upstairs bathrooms did not have changing table either and the locker rooms downstairs had the stench of urine and sweat.

The Neighborhood Museum at the Community Center is really great for kids to run and play. It is set up like a small town with areas ranging from grocery store to fishing pond to gas station. It is inexpensive and perfect for rainy days. The preschool programs offered at the Community Center were excellent. Ms Linda and Ms Manisha are awesome teachers!

Really fun place for toddlers and smaller children. Weird hours though, definitely check website and/or call. My ~2 year old loved it!
