I grew up in LaGrange Park, just a few miles from the Graue Mill. As a boy I used to ride my bike to the Mill and hang out in the cool woods nearby. In winter we actually shoveled off the creek snow on the frozen ice on Salt Creek so that we could play tag in a series of mazes. This place is truly a landmark and deserves more visitation than it gets. That said, youll be a lucjy one when you stop by.

Graue Mill and Museum is one the best place to go where history goes to life in modern times. You could not find any place as real and good in the state of Illinois like Graue Mill and Museum. Trust me, you would be amazed it is an photographers top attraction in Eastern Du Page County.

Its okay, but the trails are over 6 miles, bridges feel like they could collapse, and some people are dumb. For example, the lady at the cash register didnt know how to use it, and the shop is cheap. Im kind of disappointed.

Beautiful spot, great little historic site. Sadly the historic grindstone beam was damaged in a flood and the big stone grinder was out of commission. Good alternative demos and great staff.

Beautiful place for fall memories, picture settings for family photos, and a historic grist mill along a gorgeous waterfall. Bring some bread to feed the ducks and geese!

This is a great place to walk and take pictures of Gods awesome nature. Very clean and handicap friendly on the trail. Plenty of parking and nice place to picnic.
