My 5 year old son had his birthday party at NPD, and he enjoyed every minute of it! Our party hostess, Debbie, was very kind and accommodating - such a nice personality. This is our second time throwing a party for our little ones at NPD and we will certainly do it again.

Niles park district is amazing. Growing up I loved in niles for a few years. And now I work in the town of niles. Their parks are well kept and when it snows the streets are always plowed.

Customer service skills for the woman that answers the phone could be more welcoming and helpful. Other than that the park has great camps and activities for the kids and families

The cooler that had the drinks inside was locked. And the vending machine across the gymnasium only accepted cash. Staff was rude when I asked.
