En el parke McKinley, tenemos la situación de no poder usar el area de picnic, donde estan las mesas, cuando los entrenadores de fútbol soccer entrenan sus equipos, al preguntar porque no usan otra area?? contestan que es el area designada por el distrito de parques!!! es esto verdad??? Porque no les asignan otra area donde no puedan lastimar a alguien con sus actividades??? quien es responsable de mis viles medicos si alguien me pega con una pelota y necesito estar en la sala de emergencias,??? tengo video para comprobar lo que estoy comentando! Hable a distrito de parques NADIE CONTESTA EL TELÉFONO!! deje mensajes NUNCA recibi respuesta! ALGUIEN QUE ME AYUDE POR FAVOR!

A bit out of the way for me but totally worth the trip. Took the bikes out to Portage Park and found one of the nicer parks in the city. Complete with boxing gym, softball fields and a nature garden, Portage Park is gorgeous, and on a nice day its hard to match. The dog park is a fun sight or you can roam around and watch teenagers and eastern European couples neck like nobodys watching. (Hint: They *are* watching.)

We had our wedding recently through the Chicago Park District at Promontory Point in Hyde Park. While the venue is STUNNING (which is why we chose it), the process you have to go through to rent a building is rough and filled with a lot of red tape. However, Sheshe, the special events manager, was great to work with. She was helpful and responsive, and made our lives much easier. We are very grateful to her!

63rd Street Beach(Monday). Why arent there any womens washrooms opened after 7:45pm? All three were locked! Leaving the public to use it outside. REALLY!!! Thats Ludracris, Insensitive and Unfair!! Clearly there is a difference;( Administration should start caring for others.

Wonderful public park that almost makes you forget youre in the city. Its expansive, full of trees and fields, tennis courts, baseball fields, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and plenty of parking. Its a bit dilapidated in spots, but for a public place its clean and welcoming.

Great park for all your needs. You can walk, run, jog or ride your bike. You can bring your dog to the dog park or do some yoga. If you want to spend time with the little ones you can take the to the outdoor pool or playground.

Been here to this park many times when wanting to hang out with my friend. A quiet peaceful environment to rest and chill. They even have one indoor pool and one outdoor pool depending on how the weather is.

This park is beautiful and clean. Usually go there to walk my dog when the weather allows. Everyone around is friendly and attentive to all the pets and there are nice shady benches to sit by and watch.

Big park with lots of shade and sun spots, farmers market on selected weekends, basketball courts and baseball diamonds. Good place to get some sun and clear the mind. Very well maintained.
