As the member of Exec golf below I also called and asked about course conditions. I was told they aerated weeks ago and course was in fabulous shape. I dont get to play to often and certainly not at a price like this. As a member of exec golf also it was $ 55.00 a complete luxury for me, when I called pro shop I even explained that to them that this was a lot of money for me and the assured me it was in great shape. We got there 2 hrs early to really practice and warm up. The range was very nice and the turf was in great shape. I walked over to chipping area and first thing I noticed was the green was aerated and bumpy. Figured no big deal, just the chipping green. After about 30 minutes there I went to practice putting green and it was the same, at this point I was starting to get pissed thinking I bet the course is the same. Well we get to first tee proceed to play and get to first green and wouldnt you know it the greens were bumpy and still healing from aeration. Now Im like I want my money back but we pressed on. Well I know Im not a member there( and never would be) but the conditions just got worse. There were greens with big patches of sand and almost all the tee boxes were sloped and dirt or dead grass. The lay out is nothing special at all, a couple of nice holes but certainly not worth the money. The final straw was when we made turn to the back nine bugs came out of the wood work. All over us buzzing in our ears and going in eyes nose and ears. Again Im not a member but to all the Executive golf members save your money and go somewhere else. One of my favorites is North Hampton , the layout blows this one away and conditions are perfect nearly year round. Their also honest and will tell you weve aerated you may want to wait a couple of weeks.

Played there today at an exec golf "play day " event. called Friday and asked if the greens were punched, spiked or aerated in any way recently, was assured by that they were not. TOTAL LIE. greens were punched as and had punch holes on every green. sick and tired of the lying ass golf courses in Florida. I hope this course dies with the rest of them. why lie?

Best kept secret in Florida. The staff is great and the course design, the greens, and the practice area are superb. Dont miss this layout if youre in the St Augustine area.

This club has a special that allows the general public to play but the grill and bar remained members only. Ridiculous. I would have dropped $150.
