If It was possible to give this club 0 stars, I would. But since one is required, Ill give that to the "hookah girl" who took care of my friends and me while in the club. My friends and I were celebrating a birthday on Friday, October 14 (just for reference of whoever the DJ was that night). Overall, the experience inside of the club was sub-par, decent at best. We were there pretty much all night, and the quality of music was anticlimactic. There were several times throughout the night when my friends and I glanced at each other to say, "is he seriously playing this right now?" Cigarettes were also allowed in the club, which may be alright with some people, but I didnt plan on walking out smelling like cigarettes... But I dont want to spend too much time on the inside experience, as it is what happened after leaving that compelled me to write this review. Ono nightclub management and security as well as Orlando law enforcement, I am utterly DISGUSTED. After leaving the club, I realized I left my card that I used to start a tab at the bar. Wed been upstairs for the majority of the evening, so it slipped my mind to grab it on the way out. My friend spoke to one of the employees on the way out of the club who told her, "if you all would like to get back in tonight with no re-entry fee, just let me know." When we headed back, my friend tried to go through the "exit" door to talk to the same employee, and understandably so, the management and employees handling the door told us this was not allowed. While we tried to slow down, apologize, and explain the situation calmly to the employee, the bouncer who was handling the entry line was continuously shouting and spewing ignorant comments at my friend as if she was still trying to force entry (which she was not because we were calmly explaining our situation to the other employee). The employee told us to stand in what Im assuming was the VIP line so we could quickly go back in to get my card. Although I am not one to go looking for trouble, I was extremely offended by the "power trip" I stood by and watched/listened to while the bouncer continuously shouted at my friend- even though another professional, mature employee was already taking care of us. As we were about to re-enter through the VIP line, I looked over to him and said, "You need to watch your mouth when talking to a f-ing lady." Looking back on the situation, I almost wish I wouldnt have used profanity, so that could not be used as a scapegoat; HOWEVER, profanity or not, I did not launch at him or provoke him physically, so the events that followed are still absolutely unacceptable. I guess the bouncers ego was so shattered by my words that he couldnt conduct himself like the grown man he appears to be on the outside. He proceeded to enter yet another Power Trip (seems like a habit) and yelled "get her the f*** out of here" several times followed with "who the f*** do you think youre talking to"... The words... I can handle.. And I can even say I understand his oral response since I initially cursed at him... This "man", who was over 6 feet tall and 250+ lbs then leaves his line and DRAGS me away from the VIP line with both of his hands squeezed around my arm. Luckily, I am a tough woman, so I was not thrown to the ground... I immediately called the police, but realized there was a cop right in front of the club, so I hung up. I asked him if he just witnessed the physical assault that had ensued. He "didnt see everything" and was unable to do anything of use as a result. I then spoke to the manager who "didnt see anything" either, yet was outside and present in plain view during the entire occurrence... Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner and ensuring I was okay, the manager rushed inside to get my card, didnt let me sign my receipt, and rushed me off as if his bouncer did not just physically assault me... To top it all off, they charged me more than what I ordered, so they ILLEGALLY added a tip to my receipt without my signature, agreeing that Id pay that amount.

I made the mistake of coming here with several work colleagues. I spent nearly $2,000 between bottle service, drinks and gratuity. At the end of the night I was violently accosted by a black bouncer for exiting the venue through an unacceptable door, that was also an entrance. This entrance door and the depicted exit are less than 10 apart. This bouncers excuse for his absurd behavior was "I told you so," which he certainly did not. The managements only recompense was a "sorry," despite having spent $2,000 here. This is a bad, poorly run, poorly managed venue. If youre a professional businessman like myself take your money elsewhere. There are innumerable venues surrounding this area that will appreciate your contribution. Do not waste your time or money at this awfully managed dumpster. Youre better off throwing your money at the homeless or down a drain.

Wasnt the greatest experience last time I was there. When attempting to pay up front, they woman behind the counter was given cash from everyone in the group. When we realized we were 5 dollars short, we asked for the money back so we could leave and re group. When already outside and across the street, we realized over 15 dollars was missing from the cash. We tried to go back and the woman told us we were lying and we were physically escorted from the building. Would not recommend them for service purposes, people who work there are very unhelpful and rude.

Go for Dj Duclos but other than that no. They lost a bottle sale tonight bcuz of a bored security guard. I spend on a bottle at least each time Im here and this night I was told wrong info by a door person and was asked to leave. Their loss now Im spending double at Tier night club for a bottle and it is free for ladies and drink free for ladies. Duclos I love u but security no your place for business first... oh well. Ill go p I still post more negative reviews for my few friends buying a bottle tonight to come to Tier as we speak.

I was visiting from NYC, i enjoy the atmosphere for a Tuesday night. Been here twice and didnt have any issues with the company service. As far as the music, Wished they played more dancehall. Overall I would recommend this place in the future. Bottle prices are reasonable/ sercurity was not disrespectful. Seatng was okay, a little tight on the ground floor but its workable.

Super packed not much room to dance let alone walk. Lines for the restroom were crazy. VIP was expensive and not really worth it, it wasnt anything fancy or great. Bartenders were okay, i guess just not my favorite place. But the depending on when you go it can have a nice vibe but sometimes its just too much and you would totally have to be wasted to want to stay.

An item of mines was stolen in the club and I called numerous times and even asked them at the time of the event if anyone seen it or if someone turned it in I have yet to get a response regarding the item. I would think because my friends and I purchased two bottles that I would get better service as to my item was concerned but they could care less. Smh.
