I booked a hotel room through Sea World in Orlando for Saturday, March 11th and paid $202.81 for one night which included, myself, husband, and our two daughters. The previous weekend we had also been in Orlando but stayed at another hotel for $100, but it was not included in one of the official Sea World hotels, but it was a partner hotel (which didnt include all the extra perks of going through an official hotel compared to a hotel partner of Sea World: free quick queue, free behind the scenes rescue tour, and over $300 savings in coupon book). So I booked the 11th with the official hotel of Sea World because I REALLY wanted to do the behind the scenes rescue tour. The person who helped me set up our hotel reservation made it seem as if that was a guarantee. We get to the hotel at 2pm to check in early (check in was actually at 3pm). I ask the front desk about the extra perks and she tells me I will have to speak with the concierge to get our lanyards and everything set up. Once we speak to him, he tells us that there are NO spots available for the only day we will be at Sea World, the 12th, and you have to book a spot when you check into the hotel. I asked him how would we save us a spot if we were just checking in and technically, we werent even supposed to check in for another hour. He was very unsympathetic, even after I explained to him that the Only reason we chose this particular hotel was because it was an official hotel and the partner hotels dont offer the behind the scenes tour. I could have saved the extra $100 I spent at Fairfield and gone back to the hotel from the prior weekend, which was a great hotel. I also did not receive my coupon book and the concierge was not helpful with any questions and acted like we were wasting his time. My daughters and myself were very disappointed with not being able to see the rescue tour, unless we wanted to "purchase" tickets to it. We also did not get our voucher for the free souvenir cup, so that was another thing we missed out on. We did not use the hotel shuttle, free signature seating, early entry (because it wasnt offered), 10% of food (because we bought an all day food pass at Sea World) or 10% off merchandise. I feel like staying at this hotel for these extra perks was really a rip off when we didnt get to use the ones we wanted, and some of the others werent even offered or available for use.

Very nice hotel near Seaworld with beautiful interiors and lavish breakfast. All in all a place worth spending money and time. We spent couple of days here with family in March 2016 and enjoyed our stay. I only have one advice to them, please check your shuttle bus timings from Seaworld in the evening. We took their shuttle to SeaWorld in morning and they showed us their pick up timings so they did their part but the last bus starting from Seaworld was at 6:30 PM while the main show of Seaworld (Shamus show) starts at 6 PM. It is highly impossible for anyone to enjoy the show and reach pickup point by 6:30 PM. They even had an extra pickup for that day, which is appreciated but that was at 8:20 PM. After we finished the last show and park closed at 7, we had to sit at pick up station till 8:15 PM. My request and suggestion to them is to understand the park closing time at 7 and arrange the pickup time accordingly. One pick up should be there after the park closing time, around 7:15 PM so the guests can come back at hotel and spend their time there, not at the pickup station alone. Otherwise, I dont have any complaint with this hotel, we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

This has to be one of my favorite Fairfields I have ever stayed at. I actively travel to Orlando for work, and on occasions for pleasure with my family. They have large rooms, and suites that keep a family sane with traveling for multiple days in the hotel. The staff is very courteous, and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast in the morning has a very large serving room, and typical selection that you will see at any fairfield inn, but the difference is they scale it up to be able to serve everyone. Their breakfast staff is also great, because one time the eggs were terrible so they threw them out to make a new batch for everyone. This hotel is about 15-20 minutes south of the airport, and about 1 mile for seaworld. They have a front desk concierge that will get you discounts on tickets, and there is a free shuttle running about ever 30 minutes. (Uber is about 3 dollars if you miss the shuttle). Overall this is a great hotel for an amazing price if you book early.

I love this place - the staff were overly helpful and polite - great attitudes - HIGHLY CLEAN - service was wonderful and if my family returns to Orlando - this is the hotel we are staying at!!! The pool is great - and easy for small children to play - it is slightly angled at a gentle slope for easy access for those that have disabilities. Great location as well. Theres a Fridays and a CVS out front - a Wendys and KFC across the street and within 2 minutes of Sea World. Outstanding place!!! We tipped out maid who cleaned our room with care - everything was just great!!! The rprice for the King Suite was unbeatable for what we got -- they will have my business from now on! We stayed there in JUN 2012 for a week and was worth every dime.

I was looking for quotes on rooms for a customer I just wanted to save the room while I look at other hotels and the Fairfield inn charged my card so I called to speak to the manager and the ladies were so nasty to me. The ladies said I cant get my money back and I can not speak to the manager she is in a meeting and then said call customer service and report it. I and so upset that they took my money and will not give it back. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my customers and I will let my coworkers to never let their customer stay at this hotel

Great if visiting Orlando - especially SeaWorld. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 1 issue came up and they resolved it 100%. Dyana is the best! As an Official Hotel of SeaWorld, they offer "Quick Queue" tickets to help bypass the long lines at SeaWorld. At $19 per pass (that you get for free) for a family of 4, thats a savings of $76. If your room was $116 you end up only paying $40 for that night. And when they give you an all you can eat hot breakfast, its almost like youre getting your room for free. We stay here every year we visit.

Em duas palavras: não gostei, embora tenha funcionários muito atenciosos, não há cofre no quarto, não há ducha higiênica no banheiro, café da manhã termina às 9:30, para comer tranquilo o melhor horário eh as 6 da manhã ou seja não tomei nenhum café da manhã no hotel

Super Ausflugshotel zu den verschiedenen Parks. Shuttle werden zu SEA World und dazu gehörenden Parks angeboten. Frühstück ist ok. Für amerikanische Hotels gut. Zimmer sind gut. Tolle Pool-Anlage mit separatem heißem Whirl Pool. Service sehr gut. Sehr sauber.
