Terrible customer service. We just wanted to rent a hotel room for 2 nights. They tried to sell us on a time share at the time of check in. My wife checked us in at 1000pm while I waited in the car with our kids. They tried to get me to come in for a time share presentation. My wife requested extra pillows and we had to fight tooth and nail to get them. We finally got them around midnight after several calls to the front desk. Many of the fixtures in the room were partially broken. Pubic hair was in our ice bucket and the room was dusty. There was also hair on the bed sheets. We should have done our original plans and stayed at the World Marriott. The lazy river was ok but definitely looked better in the pictures. Never again!

I really had a good time with the family here. I wish I had did more research. So here are the Pros: Family oriented Basketball/tennis courts Pools Water adventures (can get pricey) Game room (too small for older kids) Cons: No room service in Villas (unless you pay the nominal fee) Overpriced ($13 for sunscreen) No cash excepted -pay with room key or credit card Poisonous snakes (they release right back in the pond 10 feet away)

Overpriced with awful conditions. Tons of dead patches on the greens, fairways, tee boxes, and everywhere else too. 2 groups started on the back in front if us as we made the turn. No ranger to tell 2 some in front if us they were a hole and a half behind, which led to a 3 hour back nine. $14 for 2 cans of soda and 2 bottles of water. Soo it was pretty much a waste of our time and money.

You can enjoy your vacation here and you never have to leave the property....9 restaurants..Game room for children and adults... Several pools...Love music..Daily activities including a movie by the pool they. All it the Dive in movie....They even have a beach area with hammocks... Jet ski and fancy paddle boats... Everything de a one bedroom to a 4 bedroom unit.

Excellent resort with loads on offer. Generally exceptional service but when they do get it wrong its usually down to poor staff training or bad attitude. Been coming for 17 years from Scotland, and will continue to do so in coming years.

You would think that after paying full price there would at least have nice greens. But when you see large clumps of weeds and different plants growing there, it is shameful. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Arnie, would be ashamed.....

Great place to go. Lazy River is fun and there is a lot of activities. Wish there was a desk in the room though.
