The dining experience was HORRIBLE. Went to the Grille to celebrate our first anniversary after having our wedding at Deer Creek thinking it would be a lifelong tradition...now just hoping to never go back. The service was less than adequate, waitress yelled to us from across the dining room, and spent most of her time sitting at the bar talking. We had to leave our table to get her to ask for our check and could not get out of there fast enough. It seems as though if you arent finishing a round of golf or paying thousands for your wedding you dont deserve any type of service. Hope if anyone else chooses to go here that Deer Creek has learned to clean the crust off their plates completely by the time you get there. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Went back to the restaurant at Deer Creek, one year after getting married there and having both the reception and rehearsal meals there. It was night and day. The waitress spoke from 8 feet away to my wife and I, who accounted for 1/4 of the total people in the restaurant. The waitress failed to mention her name. The food tasted as if it were soaked in butter. The balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing was more honey mustard than vinaigrette. The plates were not very clean and the presentation was well below standard. The most displeasing part was having to go find the waitress to ask for our check, interrupting her 20 minute conversation at the bar.

They start later than any club in south Florida. Then even if you have a paid for scheduled tee time the members get put ahead of you. The starter situation is only second worse to Plantation Preserve. The club is nice but someone else said it, the members that are put in front of you are usually the slowest in the club. This was not a one time experience, but has happened four times. It is on a card we buy for the season covering many courses. If it wasnt closer to one of our friends locations wed skip it. As nice as the course is the early start times are for snow birds to endure.

WI Sirens And Elevators

Ive started playing here since Hillsboro Pines across the street closed last year, and my experience here was far better than Hillsboro Pines. This course is in great condition and youll get a great playful experience and a variety of challenges. Almost feels like youre actually playing on a private course. Also does anybody notice that the green on #11 almost looks like the 12th green at Augusta National? That was awesome.

Im local and have many course I could go to to practice. Ive been going to Deer Creek because the practice facilities are excellent. The course layout is interesting and always in great shape. They must have the best maintenance crew in south Florida because I dont think theres a course around that is consistently in great shape as this course usually is. Down side: Expensive range balls.

Great place to go and get rushed to play. When you pay $100 to play at a nice course, get stuck behind some slow seniors, and have the marshall come by three times to hurry you up sucks. I do not mind playing behind slower players, we all will be there one day, but getting rushed throws off your game terribly. Made the round very unpleasant. Would not recommend Deer Creek to anyone.

Excellent venue for a wedding. Bridgette and Giselle were awesome. The personal attention and helpful suggestion made my daughters wedding a beautiful success! The whole experience here at Deer Creek was spectacular if I had to do it all over again I would at this venue and with this staff from the chef to the coordinating! Thanks all

Great staff, decent facility... Great fairways n greens... Some of current/local patrons not so much.... I call them the Golden Girls mafia they come in very Early barking orders to the staff n they dont know or care for the **no advise** rule while playing nor have any good manner or etiquette to play the game as gentlemen

Good food, good rates on golf, the course has been updated over the years and it is nice to see it not fall apart like others around the area. It is a safe area aside from a few car break ins awhile ago but that is expected since it does kind of draws attention. I recommend the swordfish. Great place for weddings too.

The golf course is in very good shape course staff and wait staff polite and attentive. The pulled pork sandwich was the worst Ive ever been served and the potatoes were cold soggy and tasteless, enjoy the golf be careful of the food

We went to a Sunday brunch here and it was pretty good; they offer 1 mimosa or 1 bloody Marry thats included in the bill, and endless coffee. The brunch costs $14, very reasonable :)

Very nice layout. A couple of rough patches where maintenance was an issue, but otherwise a very nice course, especially for the price. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful.
