I was very lucky that all my inverts where alive on arrival but then again I life 20 minutes from the place. What I thought was strange was I asked if I could come pick up my order and check out the place since i live local and they said sure but you would have to wait outside. In the 25 yrs in the hobby, i have never heard such a thing in my life. I dont care if they are a online store only. PER Per Reef2go, They only carry insurance for there employees and not for customers so if something was to happen to you could sue the hell out of them which just does not make sense to me on the volume that they say they are doing. In my opinion it sounds a little shady especially since they said they have over 50,000 customers WHICH i doubt. Sorry BUT if you have OVER 50 thousand customers you should be be able to afford insurance. I mean if it was my place, I would want to show off to my customer exactly what I have to offer in instead of going on a website and going off a picture on the internet - UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE. I ordered 10 blue legs, 5 red leg hermit crabs, a dozen or so of Mexican Turbo snails & 5 EMERALD crabs which were super super tiny but they were all alive -AMEN! By the pictures on there website you would of thought the they were a little bigger then what they were.. I am hearing this from ever bad review posted on here the same thing - that all live stock that gets shipped out barley has a enough water in each bag for the coral or invert to live in, which I am not sure why they would such a thing to the invert or Corals. Hit me up and I will show you some pictures I took on the amount of water in each bag they sent me with my inverts. The only think i CAN THINK of is they are trying to save money on the freight since it goes by the weight... In my opinion, there should of been a lot more water in each bag.. Reef2go must of added no more then 1 or 2 ounces of water to each and every bag I received. There is something WRONG about this company b/c 1st off they go under two different names. Aquarium Depot and Reef2go. Im sorry but something does not smell right. I told one of the ladies that works there that if I am not able to come in side and pic out of my stuff that I will no longer be doing business with there company. My fish company has a lot better places where I can go and actually physically pick out what I want not to depend on the owner picking out the smallest of the smallest inverts or corals they have. I can get same stock at the same price from some of my other vendors. I just thought i would give this company a shot. This was for me the straw that broke the camel back sort of speak - on my order. I made it SUPER clear that I wanted to pick it up MY ORDER since i LIVE localLy, so what did they do, they shipped it.. I am not complaining at all but its the principle that they did not follow my instructions on my order not to ship.. The sad part is the owner of the company organized my order and selected my inverts and the owner had to of seen on my purchase order in CAPITALS that i wanted not take a chance on them shipping it no matter if it was FREE OR NOT. Also, I mentioned that i have had stuff shipped before and had a bad experience w/ livestock to the lady that works there. I told her if was there rules about not letting anyone in the store that I WOULD NOT HAVE A problem waiting out front for my inverts bc then I knew nothing could die in route of home. If you every try to calling this company its a complete joke. I can almost guarantee that you will not be able get through. This is the kicker, you cant even leave a message b/c there voice mail box is full. WHO RUNS A COMPANY LIKE THIS, NOT A SMART BUSINESS MAN? Never heard of a business not accepting calls for new business and I am sure you havent either.. I mean Bulk Reef Supply or Marine Depot which have been a around a lot longer and they are a lot bigger then Reefs2go and they still dont do that amount of volume in 1 day...Again something aint right.

I have ordered several items from Reefs2Go. I have had about 5% of corals and 0 fish that I have ordered actually live (zero items purchased from LFS have died). Most of the time customer service responded and took care of me. I had ordered a clean up crew from them before and most everything was alive. I had a hair algae problem pop up from a coral I purchased from a LFS. I decided to give Reefs2Go another chance and order a clean up crew. I ordered a pack with 2 Nudibranches and several other crabs and snails. The box arrived and upon opening it I smelled something dead. 2 dead emerald crabs in murky gross water were in the box. I did not order emerald crabs. They sent the crabs in place of the Nudibranches and the bonus was they were DOA. I opened the crabs and snails and all the large crabs were dead, but I could only find 2 bodies to take pictures of. I wrote them and followed their instructions including sending pictures. 2 days have gone by without any acknowledgement of my issue. I did not even report all the large dead crabs, just the 2 dead ones and the crabs in place of the NUDIs. We will see if they actually get back to me or not.

This company will NOT contact you back will NOT ship your complete order and will NOT ship quality products! Ive been having problems with this company for a long time now they do not ship quality products and most of the stuff shows up doa or doesnt show up at all! Their number they have to call automatically goes to an answering machine that tells you they will not contact you back if you leave a message and to contact them online. When you contact them online they take days to respond and do not resolve any of your problems. They did say they would refund the items that came doa as a store credit but do not add the store credit to the account ever so you have to continue to contact them over and over again. Once they did get a hold saying they would refund everything as store credit they also left out items that needed to be credited back also so once again more contacting them with no response... dont shop here this company is a joke they had to switch their name because they have a D with the better business Bureau.. just do your research this company isnt worth the good looking sale because you wont even get the products..

Ok so I received my order yesterday This is ridiculous, I am completely appalled by the lack of quality products and substandard customer service. Keep your store credit. I will NEVER purchase from you again. As of now I will start a campaign to have your business license removed so your organization can stop fleecing money from good people who enjoy this hobby. You guys are whats wrong in the hobby. I paid you with my hard earned money and you in return send me crap. This is the third time it has happen. I will not send you a photo of the garbage I put in the trash. Thats all it was and all it will ever be. However I will scream at the highest mountain to all who will listen “DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY” with the reasons why. I will also be in touch with your business bureau to file complaints against your company for fraud. The Irish girl frag, DEAD melted away, the rhodac shroom melted DEAD, the Pods, smelled like rotten fish and human excrement DEAD. Thank you for sending me your garbage I paid you good money for! I wish there was a negative 5 star rating you definitely earned that!
