I am outraged at how my guests and I where treated on the day of my event. From 1-11:00 p.m I was miserable; I was yelled at and bothered by the location manager constantly. I scheduled my event 1 year ago and the day before my event someone called me to change all that was scheduled on my contract. This manager and the securities counted the new born babies as part of the guests that where going to occupy the chairs and because of that they wouldnt let my guests in. I lost 1 hour of my event unable to start the ceremony on time because there was another event with loud music outside. The manager wouldnt let my guests stand up; the securities and manager threaten to not let any one back inside the building if they get out. It was ridiculous how we where all treated by these individuals. A specific security (Moe) pulled my guests out and wouldnt let them in just because he didnt remember their faces. The event that I thought was going to be perfect because of the location and 1 year of planning was nothing but a nightmare!!! I can not understand why people like that are working in the events. My guests and I where treated by people that showed to be racist!!! Dont even consider doing your events here!!!

Recently we threw a quincenera here and we were kicked out by 6 because they claimed we had400 people.when in reality we only had 300 chairs set up.n their were still empty chairs.the staff is horrible.and racist.dont ever think of renting from this place.

Many events to go to and enjoy. Always clean place. Sometimes parking is hard to find with a big event.
