Arlem Vargas

One of the Pioneer Parks in Irvine, this Community Center is large, was remodeled a few years ago, has the Architecture of the 70"s, my children had some activities there while and we enjoined it a lot. The main park has Tennis Courts, Racket courts, Soccer Field, BBQ areas, renovated Children play area, green landscape, beautiful lake with many ducks, wild birds, nice place to walk, surrounded by the Library, Art Center and Olympic Pools, Fire Station, has a large parking area.

For a long time I did not bring my kids to this park, but I did today. However, I noticed the water splash system is kind of out of mainrenance, many of hose don‘t even work, no kids want to play, just us. I wonder Irvine city shoud consider to fix them. Oh, well, they might consider making more houses to attract people to come to live but not improving their hardware, who care?

Our kids are enrolled in their Summer Camp program. Both of our kids love the program and the staff that works there. The park itself is very nice, clean and spacious. Other than dropping off and picking up we really havent spent time at this park but we plan on it in the future.

This is such a beautiful park. It is so spacious and green. It is right next to the high school, which makes the park seem even bigger. But this can also be a down-side during the week/when school is in session.

Nice big soccer field, a decent size pond in the middle with wildlife running around, jungle gym for the kids, and an awesome spot for Pokemon Go.

They have pool tables, ping pong tables, and foosball upstairs. You just need to trade in an ID to rent out the equipment to play.
