The City of Newport Beach has several facilities available for rent to the public. This Community Room overlooks both the Sculpture Exhibition in Civic Center Park and the Civic Green. Many events are held here and it has been used often for weddings. It was open in mid-2013.

Came for a lecture and was blown away by the beauty of the Civic Center. The meticulously manicured lawns with oversized bunny sculptures outside, combined with the high ceilings and state-of-the-art equipment inside, made the space perfect for any event.

Holy S##T does Newport Beach have oodles of money. The public art, ultra-modern digs, landscaping and... land... Very very very impressive. Nice public restrooms too. $145 million (for a city of 85,000)
