Extremely LOUD--deafening! Cant converse unless you yell or step outside. Ears ring for a whole day after being in there! I went regularly, 2 nights every week last year for a month. I reported the too loud problem to Ron the owner. Everyone I spoke with there agreed it was too loud. The club never turned it down, so I opted to travel to Pensacola clubs instead. This August, a friend wanted to check it out. I warned about the deafening volume, but hoped perhaps this had changed, so we went. We could not hear, could not converse. My friend agreed and we left. So, we travel elsewhere. Its a pity, because otherwise Dothan Dance club is a nice facility close to where we live. Instead we commute, 5 hour round trip to Pensacola, where we can converse and enjoy the club--and not damage our hearing. Dothan Dance club: we will not support you, till you correct this physically damaging problem! I predict your business will dwindle and eventually close, because of it!

We had the good fortune of finding this club and both meeting new friends and renewing old friendships after being injured and away for a while. The Drag shows are impressive and the entertainers are some of the hospitable and well prepared in the industry. They have brought joy and happiness to our broken existence. We are blessed to know all of them and the staff.

DDC doubles as a gay club on the weekends... it is very nice, and friendly. I love the friends I have made here! You can totally feel comfortable being yourself no matter who you are, or what you are drinking.
